He's the worst person you could call ever!!! Bad language, bad behavior and has the worst attitude ever! I'm not sure how he still has a business with such a bad mouth like that! When I got home from my morning dog walk today I realized I locked myself out of my home. I called the Unlock Dock at a gas station across the street and Michael was opening my front door within 15 minutes. Being a full-time student, I was so grateful for the stressful problem being solved so quickly and with such friendly-professionalism. I won't bother calling anyone else in the future for a locksmith or car help this winter. read more

I've used this service before because I locked my keys in my car when I was at work.. I worked until 11. The website says $15 dollars & speedy time to get on site. I waited for OVER AN HOUR for the guy to get there & then was charged $65. Today, I ONCE AGAIN, locked my keys in my car. I called them & the man who answered said he would be there in 5-10 minutes. It was over 30-45 minutes & I hadn't heard from him. So I tried to call my insurance company or other services to see if they could help. If you ever have locked your keys in your car, you know how irritating it is & how quick service would be appreciated (or at least ACCURATE time estimates). The lockout guy called me & said he was just on his way to my location... after 40 or so minutes of waiting. I told him it was ok & that I had someone else coming to unlock it. He became REALLY rude to me & said "now I headed out that way for no reason. Maybe instead of calling multiple people, you should actually inform me. Now I've waisted time going that way AND money because of it. It's on MY expense soooo..." & I said "Well I'm sorry" & he said "yeah well you wasted my time.." after that I hung up on him. I was already pissed off about my car & then to catch an attitude from the guy I asked for help? Nah. I'm not going to give my service to people who treat their customers like an inconvenience & put them down. Unacceptable. If you know whats good for you, you'll call someone else. They will just add to your stress & frustration. Now fast forwarding, I got another company to come help bc of this mans attitude. When the other company comes, this guy now shows up to confront me & pretty much "bitch me out" instead of helping other customers in need. He yelled at me & told me what a inconvenience I caused him & that I OWNED him money. He said I "lied to him" because I told him another person pulled in to assist me. I told him this because his attitude wasn't something I even wanted to deal with anymore. I no longer desired his help because of his behavior. I told him that I chose to go through someone else bc his attitude isn't professional or approachable. He continued this conversation & made me feel threatened. I refused to pay & eventually he drove off, following along side me yelling the whole way. Now, it's several hours later & he chose to text me to harass me. I am completely dumbfounded at this. I shouldn't have to be afraid of someone knowing where I live or their threatening behavior all due to 1 issue. I am now documenting all instances of attempted contact & calling corporate to discuss their staff. read more

I locked my keys in my vehicle Sunday. I was amazed of how fast Lock Doc LLC came to my rescue!! He told me 10 to 15 minutes. I set my alarm so I would make sure I would see him. He showed up in under 15 minutes and I was on my way after 20 mintues from the time I called him! I would highly recommend this business to everyone!! Great job Michael!! read more
