Then your packages will get rerouted all over, which is apparently common with AL's (seriously mine was 20 minutes away from my home at one point and is now 1000+ miles away). That was bad enough but the employees just gave a simple, "sorry" like it was no big deal and went back to what they were doing. They were young and maybe didn't realize the inconvenience to me. Long story short, they cannot trust their computers to give accurate inventory so if you call ahead, insist they physically check to make sure it's there.
