I recall I had paid and extra $20 to expedite them, else I was advised it would be two weeks. After a week wearing them it became evident that my foot doctor had trimmed back the flexible footbed part too much and I prevailed on a *rebuild* offer. I waited almost SIX WEEKS for that rebuild, and during that time my feet were re-injured. It is just CRAZY that a medical device's adjustment could possibly take almost SIX WEEKS. Yeah, it was around the holidays --a little over two weeks till Christmas. Still. Maybe they should hire a few more employees? I'm glad business is good, but if you are THAT FAR BEHIND......
