One time they couldn't get him to answer the phone and sent someone out immediately and my Dad had messed around with the cords and accidentally switched cords in the plug in unit so he had no service and didn't know it until they checked on him as they always do, What a blessing because IF he had needed it, it would not have worked for a call and he could have had a serious accident. Steve has always called me when I have had a question and I live out of state. I pay for his service and there has been no problem of me sending an out of state check for the bill or paying with a charge card. I appreciate their fine service, they are local and care, not an out of state or worse, out of the country service people to talk to. Thanks.

On November 10, 2014 my mother of 85 years passed away and I sent a cancellation letter to Rescue Alert of Dixie on December 15, 2014 and notified them that my mother had passed away. I asked for a refund for the 6 months of unused service. I did not here from them until May of 2015 and said they had not received the rescue alert equipment so I needed to pay $69.00 for the lost piece. I paid the balance in June and then in August I got another bill with the same invoice number and cost ($69.00). I called them and discuss what I have indicated above. In September 2015 I received a collection noticed that I owed $391.00 and that I was delinquent in payment. This Company is dishonest, unethical and corrupt. Do NOT do business with them! I have had to turn this over to my Mothers Estate lawyers to get it resolved.

I recall I had paid and extra $20 to expedite them, else I was advised it would be two weeks. After a week wearing them it became evident that my foot doctor had trimmed back the flexible footbed part too much and I prevailed on a *rebuild* offer. I waited almost SIX WEEKS for that rebuild, and during that time my feet were re-injured. It is just CRAZY that a medical device's adjustment could possibly take almost SIX WEEKS. Yeah, it was around the holidays --a little over two weeks till Christmas. Still. Maybe they should hire a few more employees? I'm glad business is good, but if you are THAT FAR BEHIND...... I didn't get them back till January 12th. So, back to my foot doctor I'll go, for another treatment. If you are looking for prompt, this ain't the place.
