They'll try not to cuss too much, but they're not above a comment or two at your back as you walk away. They sure as heck won't mask, wear gloves, or sanitize between customers, so bring wipes for the cups and hand sanitizer to stay safer. I'd be upset about this behavior in a more, um, cosmopolitan place or somewhere that prides itself on hospitality, but this is not one of those places. Rural Nevada towns have turned not caring about other people into a sort-of local art form. This is, actually, good service in this neck of the...sagebrush.
