My mother hired Steves crew to come and remove some tree limbs that were hanging over her bedroom…read moreas she was worried they would fall if she had a heavy snow fall. Not only were those limbs not removed, the workers STOLE her iron fire ring from her property. She called and let him know about it and he said he would look into it. He called back and said they didn't have it. A couple days later miraculously he found it and returned it. This is beyond shady and I wish my mom had called the police. Another issue is they tore up her yard terribly. She has a driveway they could have used. And even the parts of the driveway that they did use they managed to go off on and tear up the lawn. After all this he said he wouldn't charge her but then when he returned the fire ring he dropped off the bill and just took $300 off for the lawn damage. So he went back on his word. My mom is 90 years old. This is BS. Now she has to hire a new company to actually take the limbs down that were supposed to be removed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will steal from you as well as not do the job hired to do. Not to mention tear up your yard. I tried to reach out via messenger to get an email to reach out privately to them and was unsuccessful. The email on Facebook is not current.

I needed four ginormous trees in four different very awkward locations, removed. They were looming over buildings, adjacent to electrical wires, up hills, on edges. Every single one, large and so awkward. Knoll & Sons were incredibly pleasant, professional and great to work with... well, I didn't do any of the work, but they sure as heck did, and I did get a ring side show to some fascinating and intricately choreographed work. When they say 'you won't know they were there,' they mean it. Every evening for four days, the street, the alley, the yard, everything looked cleaner and better than when they arrived that morning. As to their note about treating your things like their own... my beloved one of a kind yard swing, hand created and welded by my grandfather for my grandmother, was gently moved even more in the clear than I had done, and put back in pride of place, at the end of the job. Thank you, Knoll & Sons!

Justin was the first to come out, and his quote was by far the most reasonable. I initially went with another company, but after four weeks of excuses and delays, I decided to call Justin. I reached out on a Monday, and he said if the weather cooperated, they could take care of it by Thursday--and they did exactly that. It's refreshing to work with someone who actually follows through on what they promise. Paul and his crew (about 6-7 people) showed up Thursday with all the necessary equipment and got right to work. They didn't waste any time and were clearly very organized. They even laid down wood sheets on my lawn to help prevent damage from their equipment, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was impressive to watch how efficiently and professionally everything was handled. Honestly, don't waste your time calling anyone else--just call Justin's. Fast, reliable, fairly priced, and they get the job done right the first time. I couldn't be happier with the experience.
