It has been neglected…read moreover the years and there are many rumors of it being torn down and the property used for the homeless, price controlled apartments, medical offices, a new hospital, being remodeled as a new updated mall, and a location for food trucks. BUT, the mall hangs in there. Many empty and vacant store locations. Hardly any shoppers and difficult to locate any sales people. It is DIRTY. As in built up grime over years of not being cleaned very well. It DOES have a GQT brand with 16 theaters plus IMAX and is used by locals as an air-conditioned pace to walk for exercise. Otherwise, it is very sad.

They also have AMC Avenue 16, an extremely nice movie theater. A great restaurant that I love in The Avenue Viera, is Pizza Gallery & Grill. They have tasty garlic knots! I also always have fantastic service while I'm at The Avenue Viera. The Avenue Viera is truly a great value to myself and the rest of the Space Coast area. My favorite place to visit, when I'm at The Avenue Viera, is Cold Stone Creamery. It's a fantastic way to shop, just strolling around, enjoying the fresh weather, while eating delicious cake batter ice cream.

It was in an old shopping center with a very easy in and out with plenty of parking. The store is equivalent to our Marshall's in Long Island as it's a large area stocked with a lot of different merchandise from many different manufacturers. Just perusing the isles I was able to get a shirt and pair of shoes for extremely reasonable pricing. Most people come to these stores on a regular basis as they get different types of merchandise in every day. They even had a home section with plenty of housewares and I did notice a lot of kitchen (and cooking) items. Pricing on everything was all very reasonable and there were definitely many good deals I will be back to this store when the opportunity arises.

Last weekend, I received a dress I bought on eBay. It still had the store's security tag on it. I…read morehad to go to TJ Maxx and try my luck, hoping they could remove the tag for me. The service at TJ Maxx is always great. The store manager there told me that Ross has special equipment to remove this type of security tag. When I arrived at Ross, sure enough, the alarm went off at the entrance . A very friendly female employee at Ross quickly helped me remove the security tag after she understood the situation. A similar thing happened 12 years ago at an outlet store in Orlando, where I bought a beautiful sweater, but the staff forgot to remove the security tag. From then on, every store I entered set off the alarm. It seemed like I didn't look like a thief, as no security personnel ever checked me. If I looked more suspicious, maybe they would have checked me out more thoroughly. Later, I realized the security tag was still on that sweater and hurried back to the store to have it removed. I still find this experience very amusing and funny.

A Must-Visit When in Cocoa Beach! ‍…read more We stopped by Ron Jon Surf Shop while visiting Cocoa Beach, and WOW! This place has just about everything you could possibly imagine! From all the popular surf and beachwear brands to an incredible selection of surfboards, clothing, accessories, and souvenirs, there's something for everyone! I couldn't believe some of the surfboard prices, with a few reaching around $6,000! Definitely a little pricey, but it was fun just browsing and seeing everything they had to offer. I was able to find everything I needed for souvenirs for friends and family back home, which made our stop even better! The customer service was friendly and welcoming, and the store had so much to explore. Whether you're a surfer, a beach lover, or just looking for some great souvenirs, this is definitely a place worth checking out! So glad we stopped in! We had a great shopping experience, and I would absolutely visit again the next time we're in Cocoa Beach!
