However, I still think there is a lot of room for improvement. I love the girly girl decor and the baristas are super sweet, but their coffee program is weak. All my drinks come out milky with barely any coffee taste, even when I order a cap or cortado, and I really wish they would make their own syrups, because the monin and torani brands have a bad artificial flavor that brings down the drink quality a lot unfortunately.

Then you add a bikini top, also several color options, add hair, also several color options. Then you draw a face on the Mermaid. Next you stuff it. The young lady helping us , Veronica, was awesome. She was patient and soft spoken and very encouraging to my 4 yr old. She took over the stuffing, because it takes a LOT of stuffing!! Then they sew up the holes that were open for stuffing. Veronica let my GD help her do the sewing which my GD loved! Then come the options to really individualize your Mermaid. This is where they failed miserably. There was a basket of beaded stickers. We used that for a necklace. There were two plastic organizers with beads to string. We made a bracelet out of those. That was all there was to decorate. If you are going to charge BAB prices then have BAB accessories. You can buy 100's of little accessories from Oriental Trading for pennies. You're at a beach! You're making a Mermaid! Have some sunglasses to put on - or for that matter some clear glasses. Have a beach towel - roll up scrap material and glue to the arm. Have some surfboards. Have some fishing poles. There could be endless little additions. Bottom Line: it was way over priced for what they offered. Would I go again? Maybe. My GD likes her Mermaid and, Well, I'm a Grandmother, which means I'm a sucker for putting a smile on my GD's face, even when it is overpriced.

Throughout the course of my employment with Suzy, I did not get paid any of the wages that I was promised. I witnessed several concerning events, such as the man living in the storage closet and the way that Suzy would speak about the children at the camp. On one occasion she called a 6/7 year old girl, and I quote, a "Cunt". I found this not only unprofessional, but also extremely disturbing. Additionally, she charged several families hundreds of dollars up front for her summer camp, then shut down her business and never gave refunds. She claimed to have previously worked for Boeing as an Airspace Engineer, but upon further investigation she was pretending to be a different woman who was named Suzy and ACTUALLY worked at Boeing. She also claimed to have cancer and be on Chemo but I then saw her drinking alcohol at coconuts. Do what you will with this information, but I highly suggest never working for this woman, giving her money, or allowing your children to be around her.
