On seafair weekend in Seattle, we knew it wouldn't be immediate - no matter what we did - but we were pretty close to ditching our car in a not-so-safe spot overnight - or sleeping in it. So I had to try. While other towing companies had an estimated arrival of multiple hours into the future, Bellevue Towing (Richard) had our back. He said "I'll be there in 15 minutes" - his confidence & expedience absolutely shocked us. I said "are you able to quote me for a tow from Bellevue to Issaquah, because I have a maximum reimbursement rate with my insurance", and he told me. To be candid, I was skeptical that he'd hold to the rate. But this man was honest! Not only did he arrive less than 15 minutes later, have our car loaded in 5, and met us without issue at our mechanic - but he also e charged us exactly what he quoted. Richard was truly nothing but professional and friendly throughout the entire interaction. He was quick, did everything by the book, and honestly turned around a really crappy day just by being our friendly savior. I will be recommending Bellevue Towing (and Richard!) to everyone I know! Don't waste 7hrs sitting in line with your insurance... just call Bellevue Towing.

Not once, but TWICE, tow companies canceled on me claiming they "didn't have the proper equipment" to tow my car. All they did was waste my time while I sat there stressed, exhausted, overheated, and scared. My Porsche was damaged due to undercarriage impact damage and an oil leak, and apparently every other tow company acted like my car required some impossible fancy setup. Then came Charlie and his amazing wife. Within less than 15 minutes, he showed up calm, compassionate, professional, and actually KNOWING what he was doing. Charlie didn't start my car and risk further damage. He carefully hooked, secured, and loaded my vehicle properly and safely got it to Porsche of Tacoma with zero issues. I definitely ran it over and within seconds my car was alerting me "oil leak, pull over immediately!" I pulled into the parking lot of one of those motels, only to find out that whatever I hit slashed my oil pan and all of the oil was dumping out of my car. After I panicked and had a small melt down, I got out my phone and started Googling. Night Hawk Towing came up in my search and had good reviews, so I gave them a call. The person who answered the phone was friendly and asked for origin and destination address of the tow. I gave that to them, and they told me they'd have someone there in about 30 minutes and to wait in my car for safety purposes. They even told me they would send a copy of the tow bill to my insurance in case I had roadside assistance covered (which I did!) They arrived right around 30 minutes after I called and the driver Marcos was really nice. He quickly got my car on the tow truck and offered to stay with me until my uber driver arrived to take me the rest of the way to work. I'd recommend these guys to anyone. If anyone can make getting your car towed a "good" experience, it's these guys.
