One thing I despise is people who take advantage of our marginalized community. She accepts medical so obviously many people with medical come. The first red flag I noticed was her HUGE picture of her and Trump right in the middle where everyone can see it. I ignored it because we all have our beliefs right? Anyways my problem started in 2024, they told me I needed crowns on 3 of my molar teeth and they told me it was pretty urgent or id loose those teeth. So they put in the request to Medical and medical doesnt approve it because they HAD JUST done fillings on those teeth. So this is where I ask myself, "Well shes a dentist she must've known that I was going to need those crowns soon" right? So, they tell me oh since you are a medical patient we will reduce the price from 600 each to 300 EACH TOOTH. Thats 900 dollars! This is where I just stopped communication because I was not gonna pay 900 dollars. This was my second like thats weird. Fast forward, a few months later, they give me a call hey come on in for your clean up and whatever. I tell them about what had happened a few months ago and they said ok lets check it out. I go back, Dr says my teeth are fine??? I said you guys told me I was going to loose my teeth within THE YEAR AND NOW ITS FINE? So in my head im like okay they were going to mess with my teeth for 900? THEN they said oh but you have a something and you need an antibiotic for 500 dollars. EXCUSE ME? So I start telling them how first it was this now its that what's going to be next? Im getting, OBVIOUSLY, irritated and her ONE ASSISTANT is looking at me weird. They still try to get me to do the cleaning and I said no for what? They just want the money! Dr looks like shes gotten her face done, has expensive jewlery, she looks EXPENSIVE. She's hardly in office, she has no assistants anymore???? THE RECEPTIONIST was putting the Bib on me and stuff?? Some shady stuff going on in here

I'm really disappointed with my experience at this orthodontic office. I had been in treatment, but…read moreafter missing some appointments, they removed my braces. I understand that attendance matters--but what doesn't feel right is how everything was handled afterward. Before the original orthodontist left, I never had this issue and felt like my case was being managed properly. What's especially frustrating is that they won't provide me with retainers because they say my treatment wasn't complete. I'm not asking for a perfect result--I just want retainers to help keep my teeth from shifting and getting worse. I also feel like my concerns about my treatment weren't fully addressed, and I've been left without a solution to maintain the progress I already made. For an office that promotes "smile with confidence," this experience has been the opposite. I would have appreciated more communication, consistency, and a willingness to help me preserve the progress I already made. Overall, this has been a very discouraging experience. so now I have to go to another orthodontist to figure out this gap because they never had the time to fix it I guess....

Two weeks later, everything went well with the root canal and am back to healthy teeth. Hopefully I do not need any more procedures like this in the future, but if I do, I want to come here!!

My Aunt & Uncle referred me because I was frustrated with the office I had been going to for years. The office was under new ownership and I couldn't seem to get the same dentist twice in a row and each dentist had different opinion. The cost escalated with each opinion too. I was completely frustrated and not sure what to do. So, I made the appointment with Dr Moss and was very nervous about seeing a new dentist. I was immediately put at ease by him and his staff. He did a thorough examination, gave me a preliminary explanation of the work I needed to do and was invited back for another appointment to go over everything in detail. When I returned, I was blown away. First, by the technology that he uses and secondly by how much thought and time he put into my needs before I had even given him a penny. I'm not going to lie, I was also blown away by the cost, but his staff worked out a payment plan for me and I have never been happier about my decision to have him do the work. My husband and kids are constantly telling me how beautiful my smile is again, and they are right! Dr Moss is an award winning general and cosmetic dentist. He is also very kind, gentle, detailed, and very knowledgeable. His assistants are also knowledgeable and engaging, kind, funny, and always concerned for my comfort. I've also never been to such a good and thorough hygienist who is also all the above! Never have I ever said I love my dentist, but I do now! Dr Moss and his team are amazing.

This was by far the strangest cleaning I've ever had. My…read moreappointment was for 2:00pm last Wednesday, I got there 5 minutes early, no one was at the desk but a man poked his head out and said hello which I appreciated. Then 3 girls trickled in separately who worked there, it's safe to say they were on lunch break, no worries. I wrote my name on the clipboard and continued to wait. Another patient walked in shortly after me. They called him back first which I didn't mind until I realized I was there for an hour before I got called back to the room. It seems there's only one dentist working which I also wouldn't have minded if they scheduled accordingly. Im finally in the room and one of the girls took my X- rays, she was friendly and efficient. The dentist finally made his way in and was completely unprepared. Him and his assistant are talking and he asks her for a "leaf" she said there isn't anymore, he said we ran out already? She said you're the only one that uses them so he said "it's OK just put that last one through sanitizer". A short time passes as he's fumbling around with the tools and equipment. He then proceeds to put the "leaf" in my mouth, wet and apparently used by a previous patient, let alone if it was even sanitized or not. He also put it in backwards which I thought was strange. There was a lot going on. I was waiting for a camera crew to come out like it was some kind of joke. Then he tried to upsell me on different services, mainly "whitening" I respectfully declined and he couldn't get me out of the chair fast enough. One of my bridges he didn't even floss, he said "well you floss at home right" I said yeah, he goes OK you're done and hands me my purse before I'm even out of the chair while I'm taking off the paper towel. I will say the girls were all friendly and considerate. I think he seemed extremely unprepared, rushed and not able to care for each Individual patient fully. I can't say that I will be back nor recommend this office anytime soon.

STAY AWAY! I never…read morehad an issue with a dentistry since I'm not fearful or hate them. This place is insane! The were drilling my molars to replace the metal filling and I told them they were shocking my face every time they touched it with the drill which was pretty painful, they literally asked me if I can just tolerate it rather than numbing me more. SMH I had a root canal with them done which got infected immediately. Not only that but they shaved my actual molar to almost non existent and kept making my gums bleed due to plying out their "temp" tooth. They are contracted with a dentist next door which helps with infected root canals. It makes me wonder if they purposely didn't care for me to send me that way. I've never had such an incompetent dental office. There's a reason why they are only open 2 days of the week now. If I could I would sue the sh** out of this place.

I had to have the orthadontist office in Irvine (A referral that they gave to my daughter) fix it, but it wasn't the actual orthadontist that my daughter was there to see that fixed the filling, it was I guess their staff Dentist at Dentistry 4 Kids, Irvine. The referral to the Irvine orthadontist was also never sent to the orthadontist office in Irvine and they had no clue we were even coming that day, when I had set up the appointment over the phone weeks before. My daughter is still waiting to see the orthadontist at the referral location (Dentistry 4 kids Irvine) that they sent us too. This office for my chipped tooth #8, they said I had to wait 3 weeks for my insurance to authorize the procedure so I called my insurance reps on 10/4/24 to check the status of the procedure and she said that she didn't recieve a request from this office and to ask for a copy of that request form since their records could be wrong, but this office didn't want to provide me a copy of the request form for some unknown reason and I have been waiting like a dumbass for 3 weeks. Omg, very unprofessional and Victor said he doesn't keep records of the authorization forms for my insurance nor is it his job to do so or to send those forms to my insurance. But they keep on trying to upsell me a procedure out of pocket of course. The forms disappeared. What's the point of paying FICA taxes my entire working life, if when my daughter and I need to access those benefits, dentists, doctors etc...refuse to take the card, use it, run it, they double bill it, and try to upsell you on services, demand only cash for services and to make matters worse they won't treat you at all. Omg.
