Plus, want to charge $173 for exam and xrays all because the office staff didn't do their job of verifying my dental coverage. I have insurance but turns out it's HMO not PPO. They should have verified that while I was in the office those 2hrs. Now I have a $700 partial I can't use until I find another dentist and they will probably have a different treatment plan.

One of my biggest regrets is choosing to go to swish dental to get my Invisalign. I had an awful…read moreexperience at a place that I thought was a well oiled machine for Invisalign My final appointment was horrifically painful AND started 50 mins late and I had to stay an extra hour. Yes, my appointment was from 10-11, but it got started at 10:50 The teeth whitening was one of the most excruciating pain I've ever felt. I was actually wondering if it was suppose to feel like torture. Apparently, my mouth guard wasn't in place and while I was left to my own device, I was also suffering away as my gums burned and burned. I wish someone, anyone had just preface - that BURNING is not normal. I was almost in tears by the time I jump out of my seat and nearly ripped off the mouth guard, and whimpering before the tech came to check on me. My bottom gums were all either bleached white or burned. Invisalign is a huge investment - my invoice 7k or over from Swish and I really think that your local dentist could do it for cheaper (the discounts/deal isn't great bc they have such a high mark up), and you probably won't be tortured and left with WHITE GUMS after a simple whitening.

I returned to Super Smiles and Dr. Salas after a recent experience at a large corporate dental…read moreoffice where I was told I needed four cavities filled and a deep cleaning. Before agreeing to anything, I wanted an independent second opinion. Dr. Salas took a careful, unhurried approach and walked me through the exam clearly. The outcome: * No cavities * No periodontal disease * No need for a deep cleaning * Normal gum measurements The visit ended with exactly what was needed and nothing more. A standard cleaning, scaling, polish, and evaluation. No pressure. No upselling. No proposed treatment plan because none was warranted. This is actually the second time I've ended up at Super Smiles after a similar situation with a corporate dental chain years ago. That consistency matters to me. Conservative, ethical care over time is what builds trust. Dr. Salas practices the kind of dentistry that feels increasingly rare. Thoughtful, transparent, and focused on patient care rather than production targets. With a professional, kind and efficient office staff as well. If you're looking for a dentist who will tell you what you need and just as importantly what you don't, I can recommend Super Smiles without hesitation.

I highly recommend Castle Dental. The most difficult problem is finding the office; the Slaughter Lane office isn't easy to see--it's at the far end of the complex, facing Slaughter Lane. I recommend better signage--maybe a big tooth over the office location? Parking isn't a problem.
