I picked this place because the reviews were so good and they are well deserved. I came in during the last 30 minutes they were open, I had no idea which tire was the issue, and a World Cup game was starting. They never made me feel rushed. The customer service was excellent and they patched my tire and got me out quickly. Definitely recommend!! read more

This is so much more than a regular tire store. I hate to do the "old lady" thing, but I am old. They cheerfully repaired my tire after I ran over a nail, checked the air in the other tires, and rotated them all too. Their prices are more than fair, and the service is superb. read more

Since the early '90's I've taken my vehicles to the Lancaster Tire Store. Have not had a single issue with them, and now they have a location where I live. Great business, fantastic people working and they do it right. read more

We got a 4" nail lodged in the side of our new Michelin tire on our way to Vegas. The closest tire shop to where we were just put a plug in the tire. We called the shop where we bought the tires and they told us that a plug would not last to Vegas however fortunately we were able to get to this shop which was only 13 miles away. Esteban was so nice and had someone start working on our tire quickly even though they were extremely busy. They were able to put a patch on the inside which allowed us to get to Vegas and back home again and only charged us $20. Customer service is important to me & these guys were the best! I hope you don't have tire problems like we did but if you do I highly recommend going to them. read more

These guys always go above and beyond for me! I don't really know what I'm doing when it comes to tires except for which tires to order. They are always very helpful and make sure my car gets serviced correctly and my tires are always filled at the correct psi every time I visit. Also, they have the best tire prices around! read more

What a great team. They were super fast, professional and had what I needed in stock. They changed my flat tire on my Lexus without any hassle or wait. Overall great value. Thanks guys! read more

Got in an out quick. Nice people that seem to take quality work and service seriously

Had a flat and had to go to the only tire shop in town. The reviews are lies. The manager Esteban was extremely rude and unprofessional. We went in the office and waited for service while listening to him talk about vacations. Went back outside and the only black worker they have offered to help us black people. Esteban came outside and started yelling at this worker in front of everyone. That is not ok. Perhaps if he would have helped us to begin with then the worker wouldn't have felt obligated to. Additionally if we weren't black I'm sure the treatment would have been different. I hope I never have to come back here again. Super rude and unprofessional. read more

I have been having oil changes and buying tires here over the past 22 years. Never have any issues. I get in and out quickly, the prices are fair and they don't try to add on unnecessary services just to get a sale. Highly recommended. read more

Kept losing tire pressure but didn't see a nail. Took car here and they provided great service, reasonable prices, quick service. It ended up being a sharp rock in my tire that was a quick patch. read more

Been using this shop for a few years now and yesterday's experience typifies the reasons why. On the drive home from work I called the shop to see if they had a set of tires for my Yukon in stock. (They did). I knew I was pushing closing time and asked if they thought they could fit me in (they could). Rolled into the lot, placed my order, and the truck was in the air in minutes. Before I could even pay, the 4 new tires were already on the rims. Long story short, I was in and out in less than 25 minutes total. No appointment, and the place was slammed. Good prices, courteous crew (NASCAR pit crew fast). They have done my Yukon, my Corvette, 68 ElCamino, and Wife's Genesis. Always the same quality. 100% satisfied. read more

Wow I haven't met such honest tire shops in my area but this one takes it!! Great people, awesome customer service and perfect value!! My boss had a flat tire coming into work and had the car towed at this location!! No matter what model is the car they will get you the right tire and the best price anywhere !! With the price of the used tire and awesome customer service I was shocked to know how amazing the company was! We were assisted by Thomas & Donald all very knowledgeable and kind!! Will definitely come back here again. read more

The friendly customer service here is always consistent. Today's the first day I've actually come here as a paying customer, and I'm leaving very happy--$10 to patch a newer (7k miles) tire. When my previous set of tires got a random and swift flat, I came here for a second opinion after leaving Firestone. That day, The Tire Store folks confirmed it was irreparable due to sidewall damage. Even though I didn't use their services that day, I knew if I ever needed an honest opinion, they could be trusted. Sure enough, yesterday during a routine oil change, the dealership notified me of the nail but couldn't patch it because it was too late in the day and their tire crew was gone. It didn't seem to be affecting my air pressure, so I drove it up here and the kind folks got me right in on a hot day, patched it, and I was on my way. Excellent, speedy service at a great price! read more

Today was the third time I went to this Tire Store. They are very attentive and fast. First two times, I had nails in my tires and they were very quick at doing the repairs. Today, we brought both vehicles to get our tires rotated at the same time and it took no longer than 12 minutes for both, they were able to work on it right away because it wasn't busy. I will be buying tires in Rosamond not Lancaster or Tehachapi like I normally do. read more

had an unplanned event; was glad i could get my tires here for the price I got it for. Hate the LA taxes. The working crew was GREAT, professional and timely. They didn't hesitate they got all 4 tires done quickly. Wish they guy behind the register was a little more accurate when giving me a quote. The first quote was $60 less. Looks like bait and switch. Then the next look when I finally decide to make the purchase the price jumped up. He just read the price 5 mins prior but then the price jumps after 5 mins. If I didn't need the tires I would've left. No one likes to feel like their being ripped off. The ending invoice wasn't even filled out all the way, its like they don't want to keep solid records for warranty purposes. Maybe they just don't like keeping solid receipts. I stayed calm, but I doubt I'll be back or even send business that way. read more

Frank's transmission auto shop was very professional and friendly the family is very helpful and gets the job done quick. I went in because I ran over a rock and damaged my transmission and drive shaft. Frank's transmission was able to find an affordable transmission replacement and help me find a drive shaft because apparently my truck has many different options and he even installed the drive shaft in for free after it came in. Frank is very knowledgeable and knows what he's doing without being around the bush I will be going there from now on for my maintenance I'm glad to be on the road again. read more

It's amazing out here in the desert how many times I seem to pick something up in a tire, or my car tells me I have a loss in pressure. I always head straight to the Tire Store and they quickly handle the issue from checking and adjusting pressure to patching a tire if needed. Over the last 6-7 years I have probably had to stop in 10-12 times. It is always the same happy helpful people run over and assess the issue and get right on fixing it with a smile on their face. Was back yesterday with not 1 but 2!nails in my tire and Sal jumped right to haloing me and got me out in under 20 minutes. He is a gem. read more

Love, love, love The Tire Store. They are honest and they always take care of me as soon as I walk in. Mike, is great and so is every room else that works there. They are good to their customers and always have their best interest. Keep up the good work Tire Store. read more

Best place to get tires. Sometimes I make the mistake of going somewhere, usually because I'm in a bind and need tires right that minute and I always am reminded of what I'm giving up when I don't get the tire store in rosamond. read more

The customer service in this store is horrible I never have a problem getting gas paying $100 in cash. The cashier this morning saying she can't give me gas because I have a large bill I asked for 50 dollars in gas an I get $50 back in cash how hard is that smh . The guys never give me a problem it's always her. I just won't go their if it's really a problem. read more

The service was very prompt with great customer service. I appreciated how they were awaiting to service the next car that pulled up. They were all very friendly and handled the job at hand quickly I got a sense of the customers time was respected. I even over heard how the representatives handled a disgruntled customer with ease and did not show any defensiveness or anger with the level of the customers frustration. From just listening in, the customer received a service two weeks prior then came back and said an emblem from the tire was missing and it was the tire stores error. This could have been handled differently by blaming the customer but it was handled with the customer at the forefront. I have recommended others to go here for service. read more

The only tire place I really trust. I always get my tires here and the guys are really helpful. They never try to upsell me and they even do drive by pressure check and fill at no cost. They can get real busy but they're worth it. Try um out. read more

This place is pretty awesome. It may be small, but it's big on service! The prices are more than fair and HIGHLY competitive with other places. They live by their motto. Their model of drive up and they come to your car is the best idea for a tire shop. No worries about getting customers interiors extremely dirty. I highly recommend you stop in and talk with the sales staff if you are shopping around for new or used tires! read more

The best place to go period. There's a reason they've been around so long and have multiple locations.

2nd time going here for new tires. These guys are awesome! Reliable and trustworthy service.

I was charged a higher price Than I was quoted. When they changed out my TPM modules they said that they were going to charge me an extra $25 Dollars to program them. It only takes about 30 seconds to program them. All you have to do is touch the outside of the tire with the $10 programming tool. They didn't tell me about these charges when I got my quote. They surprised me with them. Now I still have to get my TPMs programmed. Unbelievable and ridiculous. I don't advise going here. The guy at the counter is a crook. After I left and drove to Lancaster, I noticed that the car was lurching from left to right. When I investigated I noticed that they filled my tires to all kind of different pressures as well. The right front tire was at 33 psi and the left front tire was over 50 psi. The manufacturers tag states clearly 35psi. Both rear tires were way over as well. The left tire 45 psi and the right 55 psi. I'm lucky the me and my kids weren't killed. I would say the the Rosamond tire store is probably the most unprofessional tire store I have ever been to. I will never go again. read more

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! It's 110 outside, ( I know I'm awful for getting new tires today but it's necessary) they are running around with smiles on their faces, getting cars in and out in a flash! AND their prices can't be beat! read more

Great customer service! These guys rock! They were pretty busy but still got my tire taken care of within about 10 minutes. At a very good price too. Great Job Guys!! Thank you!!! :D This was a 5 star review but I recant the review. Today (next day after going to the tire shop) I had to go to a different tire place because these guys didn't do it right the first time yesterday and now I have to spend more $. Very disappointed and at the moment I don't have time for going back and forth I'm visiting from a different state. Really wish you guys had completely fixed my issue yesterday. read more

I had purchased a set of tires online and brought them over to The Tire Store for installation. As soon as I pulled up,1of the guys was there and asked me what I needed. We got the tires out of the car and he went to work. It took longer than I was expecting to get the job done. Not excessively long, just longer than previous installs. Anyways, the guy at the counter says "Subaru". I pay the man and off I go. Felt like I was riding on rocks, so I pulled in the Chevron just down the street. Tire pressure was 40 psi in 3 tires & 42 psi in the 4th. Per the big sticker on the door jam, correct psi is 35 front & 33 rear. Partially my fault as I should have checked the tires before leaving. Then I would have noticed the missing caps. Will I go back? Probably not. I'll just drive down to the Lancaster location. read more

Was on my way to the base and looked down to see my tire pressure was at 17!!!!! Thank goodness i was right next to The Tire Store. I pulled in and they were SUPER busy (had to park on the side of the building). I kid you not within 10minutes these three guys working cleared that parking lot and repaired my tire within a few minutes. Very friendly staff and great prices. This is our second time coming here and we really recommend it!! Thanks guys. read more
