Had a flat and had to go to the only tire shop in town. The reviews are lies. The manager Esteban was extremely rude and unprofessional. We went in the office and waited for service while listening to him talk about vacations. Went back outside and the only black worker they have offered to help us black people. Esteban came outside and started yelling at this worker in front of everyone. That is not ok. Perhaps if he would have helped us to begin with then the worker wouldn't have felt obligated to. Additionally if we weren't black I'm sure the treatment would have been different. I hope I never have to come back here again. Super rude and unprofessional. read more

Been using this shop for a few years now and yesterday's experience typifies the reasons why. On the drive home from work I called the shop to see if they had a set of tires for my Yukon in stock. (They did). I knew I was pushing closing time and asked if they thought they could fit me in (they could). Rolled into the lot, placed my order, and the truck was in the air in minutes. Before I could even pay, the 4 new tires were already on the rims. Long story short, I was in and out in less than 25 minutes total. No appointment, and the place was slammed. Today was the third time I went to this Tire Store. They are very attentive and fast. First two times, I had nails in my tires and they were very quick at doing the repairs. Today, we brought both vehicles to get our tires rotated at the same time and it took no longer than 12 minutes for both, they were able to work on it right away because it wasn't busy. Frank's transmission auto shop was very professional and friendly the family is very helpful and gets the job done quick. I went in because I ran over a rock and damaged my transmission and drive shaft. Frank's transmission was able to find an affordable transmission replacement and help me find a drive shaft because apparently my truck has many different options and he even installed the drive shaft in for free after it came in. Frank is very knowledgeable and knows what he's doing without being around the bush I will be going there from now on for my maintenance I'm glad to be on the road again. read more

The friendly customer service here is always consistent. Today's the first day I've actually come here as a paying customer, and I'm leaving very happy--$10 to patch a newer (7k miles) tire. When my previous set of tires got a random and swift flat, I came here for a second opinion after leaving Firestone. That day, The Tire Store folks confirmed it was irreparable due to sidewall damage. Even though I didn't use their services that day, I knew if I ever needed an honest opinion, they could be trusted. Sure enough, yesterday during a routine oil change, the dealership notified me of the nail but couldn't patch it because it was too late in the day and their tire crew was gone. It didn't seem to be affecting my air pressure, so I drove it up here and the kind folks got me right in on a hot day, patched it, and I was on my way. had an unplanned event; was glad i could get my tires here for the price I got it for. Hate the LA taxes. The working crew was GREAT, professional and timely. They didn't hesitate they got all 4 tires done quickly. Wish they guy behind the register was a little more accurate when giving me a quote. The first quote was $60 less. Looks like bait and switch. Then the next look when I finally decide to make the purchase the price jumped up. He just read the price 5 mins prior but then the price jumps after 5 mins. If I didn't need the tires I would've left. No one likes to feel like their being ripped off. The ending invoice wasn't even filled out all the way, its like they don't want to keep solid records for warranty purposes. Maybe they just don't like keeping solid receipts. I stayed calm, but I doubt I'll be back or even send business that way. read more

It's amazing out here in the desert how many times I seem to pick something up in a tire, or my car tells me I have a loss in pressure. I always head straight to the Tire Store and they quickly handle the issue from checking and adjusting pressure to patching a tire if needed. Over the last 6-7 years I have probably had to stop in 10-12 times. It is always the same happy helpful people run over and assess the issue and get right on fixing it with a smile on their face. Was back yesterday with not 1 but 2!nails in my tire and Sal jumped right to haloing me and got me out in under 20 minutes. He is a gem. read more

The customer service in this store is horrible I never have a problem getting gas paying $100 in cash. The cashier this morning saying she can't give me gas because I have a large bill I asked for 50 dollars in gas an I get $50 back in cash how hard is that smh . The service was very prompt with great customer service. I appreciated how they were awaiting to service the next car that pulled up. They were all very friendly and handled the job at hand quickly I got a sense of the customers time was respected. I even over heard how the representatives handled a disgruntled customer with ease and did not show any defensiveness or anger with the level of the customers frustration. From just listening in, the customer received a service two weeks prior then came back and said an emblem from the tire was missing and it was the tire stores error. This could have been handled differently by blaming the customer but it was handled with the customer at the forefront. I have recommended others to go here for service. read more

I was charged a higher price Than I was quoted. When they changed out my TPM modules they said that they were going to charge me an extra $25 Dollars to program them. It only takes about 30 seconds to program them. All you have to do is touch the outside of the tire with the $10 programming tool. They didn't tell me about these charges when I got my quote. They surprised me with them. Now I still have to get my TPMs programmed. Unbelievable and ridiculous. I don't advise going here. The guy at the counter is a crook. After I left and drove to Lancaster, I noticed that the car was lurching from left to right. When I investigated I noticed that they filled my tires to all kind of different pressures as well. The right front tire was at 33 psi and the left front tire was over 50 psi. The manufacturers tag states clearly 35psi. Both rear tires were way over as well. The left tire 45 psi and the right 55 psi. I'm lucky the me and my kids weren't killed. I would say the the Rosamond tire store is probably the most unprofessional tire store I have ever been to. I had purchased a set of tires online and brought them over to The Tire Store for installation. As soon as I pulled up,1of the guys was there and asked me what I needed. We got the tires out of the car and he went to work. It took longer than I was expecting to get the job done. Not excessively long, just longer than previous installs. Anyways, the guy at the counter says "Subaru". I pay the man and off I go. Felt like I was riding on rocks, so I pulled in the Chevron just down the street. Tire pressure was 40 psi in 3 tires & 42 psi in the 4th. Per the big sticker on the door jam, correct psi is 35 front & 33 rear. Partially my fault as I should have checked the tires before leaving. Then I would have noticed the missing caps. Will I go back? Probably not. I'll just drive down to the Lancaster location. read more

Was on my way to the base and looked down to see my tire pressure was at 17!!!!! Thank goodness i was right next to The Tire Store. I pulled in and they were SUPER busy (had to park on the side of the building). I kid you not within 10minutes these three guys working cleared that parking lot and repaired my tire within a few minutes. Very friendly staff and great prices.
