After getting a flat a d getting helped at Capitol Body Shop, I was recommended to go here bc they had good tires as well at it saying on Google abt how good the tires are I was reluctant to go ahead and try my luck. Got the inspection and was told I had other issues with another one of my tires. I knew I'd have to pay for labor and the time but was t expecting "used" tires and labor to cost this much!! I got all four tires frm my local UNBRANDED/ Titled home town tire shop with a friendly man named Juanito and his sun Carlos for only $300 + labor. I paid $70 more for two tires + labor!! Google lied or either who ever reviewed this placed lied!! Expensive as fuck, reliable maybe bc they did the work but for the pricing!? No way!! For used tires, no way. So much open bays and so much workers but the time to get two tires done and labored; I waited with 3 kids n a wife for almost abt 3 hrs. Yea I dot. Recommend this place to get used tires. Find a Carlos or anyone else. read more

We have used Tire Depot for our tire issues and routine oil changes for quite some time. Really appreciate the crew they have now. They make me feel like they are going to take the time needed with my car. Donovan just sold me 4 tires and it was an easy quick deal. Appreciated that he took time at the counter to find the best tire and price for my vehicle. Can't say enough good things about Spooner and the crew he runs up at the oil change shop. They always get me in/out quickly but make sure that it's done correctly. This is my families car shop of choice no doubt. read more

Very quick at getting my tires in and Installed on my truck. Service man informed me that my brakes were worn down and should install some while they had my tires off. Thanked him for checking other issues besides what I brought it in for. Also had an oil change and front end alignment. Was in and out couple hrs. They always have great customer service. I was traveling on I-55 and my tire pressure light came on. Lucky for me, Tire Depot was the closest tire shop. The store was very busy and they were upfront about the wait time. It did take a couple of hours. They took the time to research my fleet provider and was able the direct bill. Kelly was very helpful and friendly. Great service read more

I purchased a set RoadTour 655 MRE, Aug 2021. The warranty on Hercules website states this tire is good for 65,000 miles and if this tire becomes unserviceable due to a flaw in workmanship or materials, we will replace it at no charge during the first 50% of tread life. And this warranty is good for up to 36 months. The car began to drive poorly. The care was taken to The Tire Depot on July 29. On this visit I was told, the back tire was bad. And I had to buy another one. I would like to be financially reimbursed for this tire because it has the same workmanship damage that the others have. They would not replace it for free. The car was still driving badly so I took it to my mechanic and he told me the problem was the tires. I took it back to Tire Depot on Aug.11 and this time they told the front 2 tires were bad, excessive tread separation. Why didn't they identify this on the previous visit. It is impossible under normal wear and tear for the tires They told me they would not honor the warranty. Today, I took the car to another tire shop for an assessment. They stated the remaining 3 are in terrible shape, abnormal tread separation, unsafe to drive. It appears, the Tire Depot sold me in August 2021, tires that were manufactured in 2019. I would like replacement tires for the same or better quality. I was taken advantage. The warranties were not honored. This is an unethical business. I do not recommend anyone to do business with them. read more

Took my car to this company to get a second opinion about my new tires because my car was shaking! They lied and told me my new tires were not any good, and they tried to offer me new tires to make money. Found out one of my rims needed replacing, and not my tires. This company is dishonest, and they will try to rip you off!!! read more

I live in Virginia and I was planning on visiting a friend in Charlotte, NC. Upon plenty of research, this place gave me a price on 4 new tires and installation that beat all other competitors I could find by over $100. There site said that if I order online, I should receive a call within 48 business hours to tell me they are in stock. I got a call 1.5 hours after my order saying that someone was going to the warehouse right now and they were going to pick up my tires and I could install them by 1, which was 2 hours after the call, 3.5 hours after the order. I went there the next week, no appointment made, within 25 minutes I returned from a local eatery, and my tires were just being finished. Great Prices, Great Service, Great Staff. I have already recommended this place to multiple people and will continue to do so. read more

Do not go to this place of business they have no character and no business ethics I arrive there at 8:40 in the morning with a starter failure they ordered the part throughout the day I question what is the status update everyone's looking like they have a secret they waited until 3 PM after my being there for seven hours to tell me they ordered the wrong part for my vehicle and could not get a new one for the next four days after the weekend they threw all of my parts in my trunk because I could not leave my vehicle there for four days or longer they charge me for labor how do you charge the customer for labor when your company made a mistake with the part number order Horrible place of business no ethics bad business practices I paid $251 for their mistake got no repair or part Had to have my vehicle towed from there to a reputable major dealership...DO NOT GO HERE RIPOFF RIPOFF RIPOFF I will be disputing the charges with my credit card provider ....And with regard to the five star *****rating. if there were any ratings less than one Their business storefront would be that one read more

Stopped by yesterday to get a tire either repaired or buy a new one. Sat there for 1 1/2 hours with nobody giving me an update. Only 3 other customers were in the waiting room. Went out to check on car and it was still sitting in the same parking space after all that time, and keys were in car. Again, nobody said jack to me. So i got in my car and drove to another local auto place and they were finished with me in 20 minutes. I called my grandson and he came over and got two new tires and an oil change. So i spent $580 on three new michelin tires and oil/filter change that would have gone to tire depot if they had better service. People are nice and are the same ones who ran the old Davis Tire shop in the same location. Never had an issue with them before, but something is wrong with their service process if they let a customer sit there that long without giving a status update. Once burned like that, I am not going back. Too many other auto shops that do not ignore their customers. Nobody even said anything to me when I got in my car and drove away. Anybody else could have opened the car door and stolen my car under their noses. Maybe they don't need to leave customers keys in the car with the window rolled down. Really shoddy way of doing business. Maybe they haven't had an issue before, but it only takes one time. read more
