Went on a Tuesday with my brother and had a great time! The place is hard to find the first time but once you find it, you'll be good to go the next time! (GPS places this one street up). The food was good! We had some happy hour food and wasn't disappointed! We came during the trivia night and that was fun to experience! Great bar. Lots of space for birthdays or celebrations. When I was there a big group of women had taken over the front courtyard for.... A mahjong tournament? they have a pretty big food menu of bar food as well. Parking was a little challenging-there is a lot in the back but it's not very large. I was excited to visit with my family this weekend since there isn't much to do in Thousand Oaks. We chose this place to enjoy a couple of drinks and have a good time, but unfortunately, our night was cut short. My cousin stepped out to come get us, and when she tried to re-enter, the security guard told her there was no re-entry -- a policy that was never communicated when she left. Better communication with your team and customers would make a big difference. As a business owner myself, it's disappointing to see poor customer service impact what could otherwise be a great experience. I was really overweight at the time and I think the bouncer just didn't like that. Meanwhile my hot friend was TRASHED and they let her stay all night... turns out it was just so staff could try to take advantage her later that evening... that seems to be a habit of theirs. Plus you don't want the friend built like a linebacker sober as a bird watching over the over-served pretty girl you're planning to prey on. My girlfriend was harassed by another patron at this restaurant, and what was most disturbing was how the staff handled it -- or rather, didn't. When she asked for help, no employee stepped in, no manager meaningfully intervened, and no effort was made to ensure her safety. Instead, staff later tried to justify their inaction by claiming that because she "chose to stay," they weren't responsible. That explanation is completely irresponsible. She didn't stay because she felt comfortable -- she stayed because she was afraid the man who harassed her might be outside waiting for her. At no point did staff escort her, check on her, ask if she felt safe, or take the situation seriously. The priority clearly seemed to be protecting themselves, not protecting a guest who was visibly distressed. A restaurant has a responsibility to respond when someone is being harassed on their premises. This place failed at the most basic level. If you care about safety -- especially for women -- think twice before coming here. read more

Bingo Night is so much fun! We met up with some friends at Tipsy for Bingo Night on Thursday at 6:30PM. The host Kylee and Danika do such a great job hosting the game! They kept it very interactive and exciting! All the staff are super friendly! Shout out to our servers Parker and Jonathan. Make sure to come before 7 PM for their delicious Happy Hour! Grab a drink and play some games. The prizes are so cute! My husband and I won some personalized tumblers to go with our free IPA that we won too lol! Kylee and Danika are so sweet. It felt like they kept the Bingo game going so everyone win a little something which is so kind of them. It is not just Bingo, but we played trivia for more chances of winning something! I'm so disappointed. My family and I traveled from Los Angeles to visit Thousand Oaks. After arriving we had to leave to pick up our cousins from across the street. We were never told about the re-entry policy and when coming back we were not allowed back in. The security guards had no explanation for their new policy. Terrible. It has ruined our night. I recently attended their drag queen brunch, but have been for drinks here many times. It's a fun, youthful, low key place to go in TO. Across from Tarantula Hill, you will find this institution. And for your benefit, they have a parking lot. Aaaah. The drinks are well made but not knock you out strong. Their prices are good with the exception of the drag show. I felt the $25 for a breakfast burrito and mimosa was a lot given it was just a burrito and small mimosa. Oh well! I was out with my girls! The owners and staff are super nice. It's clear everyone works really hard here. They also seem to have a good time in the process, too. They have a big bar area, a great room for playing pool, a front patio with a fire pit and the back area where the drag show is. It's always busy on weekend evenings. It's a great place to run into or meet up with old friends and make new ones. Service was good, albeit frantic/haphazard No one really knew what was going on... they need a manager or someone in charge who informs the staff of the situation. Cause for the event that brought a gaggle of people to your establishment to spend money, the staff had no idea what was going on or what was even on offer. The "brunch" options were sad... like that isn't even a standard breakfast menu let alone brunch... The drinks were sickly sweet and borderline disgusting... I'd stick with the mimosas... It needs a manager and a new chef to come up with a new menu because that brunch was a mess... This review is for Riley's exceptional service! I came in after a wedding over the weekend with a group of about 30 people, and Riley's service was absolutely outstanding. Even with a packed bar and a few rowdy patrons, he made sure our group was well taken care of the entire night. He checked in regularly, brought orders quickly, cleared glasses almost as soon as they were empty, and made sure everything was running smoothly for our group all night (without ignoring any of the other bar guests). Riley's ability to manage such a large group with warmth and professionalism was remarkable, it was clear he genuinely cared about our enjoyment. As someone with a background in restaurant management, this really stood out to me. I was (and am) extremely impressed, he clearly made a big impact on our group.
