    Rigatoni Alla Vodka
    Mary A.

Such a cute and aesthetic spot with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. It's an aesthetic food hall with a variety of restaurants to choose from. Ordered through the self-kiosk and got the Rigatoni Alla Vodka, Gaby's Caesar Avocado Wrap, and House Meatballs. Unfortunately, they were out of the meatballs by 2:30 PM, but they offered us the Chicken Parm instead. Everything we tried was delicious and flavorful, but the Chicken Parm was definitely our favorite. It was juicy, filling, and the perfect breading-to-chicken ratio. Portions were also generous. Definitely would come back to try more of the food and other restaurants here!

Several restaurants, one roof, amazingly fresh foods. Service that lives up to its name. Over two days, we tried the salmon, chicken wrap, spicy wonton, steamed broccoli, Ceasar salad, and pepperoni pizza with arugula with pesto and pepperoni ranch dipping sauces. Pizza stole the show for me. Had a crispy exterior and fluffy inside. I didnt care too much for the broccoli and kale as it was cooked more aldente for my taste and lacked seasoning. Overall, everything was fantastic. We sat outside on a warm high 60 degree day in the sun. It was wonderful.

Teriyaki Salmon, Beef Broccoli, and Potstickers

My friend gave me a few meals from this spot and they were delicious. They were Asian meals. I tried a salmon teriyaki dish with broccoli, which was perfection. It was definitely my favorite. I also tried some potstickers that were pretty good. The beef broccoli was divine, but extremely salty. I definitely will come back and check out this place in person! I've heard a lot of great things about it from my friend.

    The Perfect Chicken Caesar Salad

It was super cute, nice views. Service is helpful and friendly. You can order from a kiosk and choose from a few different restaurant menus. They have candy for sale in there too. Always appealing to those with a sweet tooth (like me) I had a chicken Caesar salad. It was delish. The only thing I'd say about the salad is that the pieces need to be smaller. I don't usually have to use a knife with a salad. The amount of dressing it was tossed in was exactly how I like. It's a big salad and I had a late lunch. So good. It was full of chicken and avocado. The food does take a little while to come out though. It was kind of a long wait for 4 salads with my mom and sisters. There's plenty of seating and parking but I'm sure at busier times it's packed. However, salad was a 9.5/10. I'd definitely eat it again next time I'm in the area.

Neighborly is a fun restaurant. Think food hall - various food from different restaurants ordered on one kiosk. There's vegetarian and gluten free options (for the GF options, need to look at the paper menus, it's not listed on the kiosk). You can choose where you'd like to sit and the staff will serve you the food when ready. The restaurant is super casual. There's outdoor and indoor seating. Parking is plaza parking, so plenty to go around.

Came by here for lunch today around 1:30pm and had a pleasant time and food was good! Found seats in the shade outside. Ordered: 1) strawberry graham jam Sundae $7.50 - decent but jam at the bottom was way too sweet. Maybe we needed to mix everything together 2) Bensonhurst pepperoni pizza $19.50 - this was good, kids loved it 3) papa hov's steak plate $21.59 - husband really liked the steak meat 4) Mexican coke $3.00 5) Beecher cheese stick $2 6) birthday cookie - too sweet and chunky

I love that every visit to Neighborly gives you the chance to try something different since there are four different restaurants all in one place. One thing I really appreciated was how welcoming the experience was from the moment we walked in. They have menus available near the entrance, and the host asked if it was our first time or if we had visited before. I thought that was a great touch because it helps first-time guests feel more comfortable. After that, you order at a kiosk, which I actually enjoyed. It gives you time to look through the menu and decide without feeling rushed while someone is waiting to take your order. The seating options are great. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating, and the outdoor patio is especially beautiful with lots of greenery, making it a relaxing place to enjoy your meal. The indoor dining area can get a little loud, but that's to be expected in a busy restaurant. During our visit, Mo was checking on guests, and he was incredibly kind. Even though you don't have one dedicated server, he stopped by to clear our plates and asked how everything was. I had decided to try something new, and while it just wasn't my personal preference, I really appreciated that he took the time to check in. As a thoughtful gesture, they even gave me a voucher to use on my next visit. I really appreciated Mo's attentiveness and outstanding customer service. That level of hospitality definitely makes me want to come back. One thing to keep in mind is that parking can be a little limited during peak hours since the lot is shared with other businesses. That said, the parking lot is large enough that, with a little patience, you can usually find a spot.

We love this place! One of our go-to lunch places. We put the order in online and do counter pick up. The staff are so nice and the service is excellent. For how much food you get, the prices are also very reasonable. And the quality of the food is excellent. Our favorite plates are chicken pesto sandwich, waffle fries, drunken noodles, and any salad. Every dish is delicious. We have yet to have anything we don't enjoy! Today, we picked up our order and when we got home realized we didn't have the waffle fries. I called to let them know, and the manager was SO kind! He apologized and sent me a $15 gift card. So sweet. We love this place and can't wait for our next meal!!

Today my mom and I went to the Neighborly in Westlake Village. The outside patio is lovely and we enjoyed sitting under an umbrella in the shade on this warm, sunny day. We were greeted warmly and moved on to the kiosk to order. I, of course had the chicken tenders with waffle fries, a biscuit, and coleslaw. Everything was perfect! My mom had the Orange Chicken-wok-crisped white meat chicken balls with sweet and tangy orange sauce. She loved it and had enough left to take home for dinner. We love Neighborly and are making it part of our rotation!

    Gaby's Caesar Avocado Wrap

I wish I had discovered this spot sooner! After a gym session, I was trying to decide what to eat and stumbled across Neighborly and I'm so glad I did! Walking in, I honestly felt like a little kid in awe, just taking everything in. There's so much going on, yet it all feels so organized and intentional. The atmosphere alone makes you want to stay a while. The staff truly define great customer service. They were all super friendly, attentive, and welcoming. I was so excited looking at the menu, I genuinely wanted to try everything. For this visit, I went with Gaby's caesar avocado wrap and a side of waffle fries to go. While I was waiting for my order, the girl at the counter went out of her way to offer us water and brought it over herself, which was such a thoughtful touch. I've been wanting to get my hands on a good caesar salad wrap and we've hit home run. The vibe in there really lives up to the name "Neighborly" warm, inviting, and genuine. I'll definitely be back. :D

My friend and I went to Neighborly and loved it! It's an elevated food hall or ghost kitchen, whatever you want to call this foodie wonderland in Woodland HIlls. Each restaurant that lives within Neighborly actually handles their own cooking but is one kitchen, so it doesn't neatly fit under either more common label, especially as the food is made to order. It's more Virtual Food Hall. It's a really nice space that not only has all those delicious made-to-order options, but a marketplace, as well. Found at the Promenade at Westlake Village, there is a nice big parking lot. Plus they have a bunch of beautiful patio seating that turns magical at night thanks to evening lights strewn about. There are a few tables inside with the aforementioned mini-market, as well. You'll not just find fancy food items pre-made & refrigerated, drinks & dry goods, but some cookbooks, seasonal gifts like ghost candles at halloween, even a Neighborly branded hat. You order at the kiosks then need to hang around for them to call your name. For some reason they thought they bring things to the tables, so don't miss your name being called & your food sitting like we did. Such a pretty space, inside and out! And just overall a great concept that is amazing to pop into before concerts in Thousand Oaks! Love Neighborly!

I love this additon to the Conejo Valley, I love having a place that has multiple options Pizza, pasta, bowls, salads ,kebab, cookies, and more and the options are legitimately good options. They even have take away food options that are good for a work lunch , snacks drinks and more in their refrigerated food section. Plenty of seating both indoor and outdoor.

Classic cheeseburger wrap from Mini Kabob
    Brittany S.

Neighborly has been on my list of places to try and it did not disappoint! This little food hall is a great way to bring some of the tastes of LA to the Conejo Valley. It's got a fun vibe inside. You order from electronic kiosks. Limited indoor seating but there are a few tables. Outdoor seating does have heat lamps. Once you order and find a seat, you scan the code on your table and put in your receipt number so they know where to bring it. My husband and I tried Mini Kabob. We had always wanted to go to the original Glendale location and it's great we have this closeby. We tried few options... the original MK wrap with beef and pork ($15.50) the classic cheeseburger wrap ($15.50) and dip duo ($6.50). All of them delicious but the star was definitely the dip duo. Their hummus was amazing! I love all the chips and lavash it came with too. The MK wrap had good flavor. The cheeseburger wrap is more of a simple less spicy taste but I enjoyed it too. I also thought the price point was good for the amount of food you got too. Overall I really enjoyed our meal here. Looking forward to trying more options!

While not as good as Japan they were still great and I would eat them again. Their menu is huge with lots of options for everyone. My kids had chocolate pancakes and chocolate French toast, my wife had a dish with eggs and chicken and I shared the soufflé pancakes. A word to the wise the portions at Lady C's are huge. Probably one dish for two people is plenty. Don't over order. I ordered a side of eggs and bacon for each of my boys and it was all way too much. For three people, two dishes will be plenty to share, even then with left overs. We came on Saturday morning at 9am and while the patio was full there was seating inside available. I would come back.

A family nearby brought a loud toy truck for their child that continuously made an extremely high-pitched screeching and beeping noise throughout our meal. It wasn't just us who found it disruptive--several other customers also brought it to the staff's attention. Unfortunately, nothing was done, and it completely took away from what should have been an enjoyable dining experience. Had we known this was the atmosphere we were paying for, we honestly would have gone somewhere like McDonald's instead. The food itself was a mixed experience. My boyfriend ordered the loco moco and really enjoyed it. I had the pancakes, which had great flavor but were a little on the dry side. The sweet potato fries were delicious, although the ranch dipping sauce was surprisingly bland and lacked flavor. My Diet Coke was also flat. It's disappointing because the food had some strong points, but the lack of attention to the dining experience really overshadowed everything else. We understand that restaurants can't control every guest, but when multiple customers express concerns about a major disturbance, we would expect staff to at least attempt to address it. Overall, I'm not sure I can recommend this restaurant based on our experience. Note: I'd also like to mention that the service was inconsistent throughout our visit. We ended up being helped by several different servers, which made it difficult to know who was actually taking care of our table. At one point, we simply wanted to order another drink. Our server told us he would be back shortly to take our order, but he never returned. After waiting for quite some time, we eventually had to walk up to the bar ourselves just to order a drink. Between the lack of attentive service and the way the disturbance was handled, the overall experience was disappointing.

I'm an East Coast guy, so a place like this hits me a certain way. The history of it. The drive out to get here. The whole pageantry of the thing, the room, the ritual, the sense that dinner is an occasion and not just a transaction. You can't manufacture that. Priceless. Dave the host.. awesome & could not have been more gracious. He's the reason your whole night starts right. And Wendy....Wendy's been part of this place for as long as we've known her. She only picks up a shift here and there these days, and tonight she wasn't working at all. She was sitting at the table having dinner with my wife and me. That tells you what kind of place this is. You don't become part of a restaurant's family by accident. I had the ribeye. Perfect. We grabbed a bottle of chardonnay from next door, which is one of the great small pleasures in life. Look up my review from eleven years ago. Nothing's changed, and that's the highest compliment I know how to give.

After looking at pictures of it over the years and the cool interior, I was pretty disappointed to find out we couldn't sit inside, which was pretty much the main draw of why I wanted to go. It was outdoor seating only. Not only was it only outdoor seating, but there was no table service, which made the extremely high prices feel a bit unjustified. The giant portions kind of made up for the prices. The Cesar salad and ribeye were good. But again, the fact that they were served in to-go containers and with no table service made the prices feel like a bit much. The outdoor ambience was pretty nice until- the wasps! There were SO MANY WASPS. We moved tables literally three times and could not get away from them so we eventually to pack up our food and leave. I know there's not much they can do about the wasps but they should at least let people eat inside if the problem is that bad. Overall kinda bummed. Been waiting to go for years and it's like they're doing what they can to charge the most for doing the bare minimum. Wish I could say I'll come back some time when their indoor seating is open, but I really don't think the food is worth the price.
