This place was so cute, so unique, and so happy! It was a whole vibe The folks there were helpful and attentive. There were a lot different things that would be great gifts or treats for yourself. Stickers, bags, post cards, pens, and lots of other items. The prices were good for the products. I will say don't be fooled by the name, it's not an actual greenhouse but they do have plants, pots, and products for them. read more

Absolutely loved the vibe of this little Greensboro Greenhouse. Yes, there are plants galore in a variety of sizes and genera, not to mention the pots. But does it stop there? Not a chance. Fill your homely heart with accessories for the desk and gifts for any friend. There is a giant wall of stickers spanning a range of subjects, but generally seeming to lean towards feminism and other more liberal themes. The selection of journals was what caught my eye the most of all. Don't forget the assortment of books, gift cards, and postcards. For the one-half greenhouse, it's another half paperie/stationery shop. For me, the prices were on the high side. That wouldn't stop me, of course, from snagging a journal and a pen in the future, though. It just so happens that, as an avid journaler, I already have a stack of blank journals patiently waiting their turn. The owners were friendly and even had a little dog roaming around happily going about its day. The plants were an inspiration, and now I want to propagate my own pothos into tiny little self-painted and designed pots rescued from the thrift store! read more

Stopped by to pick up one item in particular but was charmed by the selection and variety of the merchandise. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back and would highly recommend this shop if you're looking for a unique gift. read more

This little store is truly a treasure trove. Tucked away behind battleground, this store is so cute and fun! So many plants, gadgets, stickers, cards, notebooks, candles, etc. If you're looking for a gift for a friend and you're not sure what to get them - just come browse here and something will stand out to you! It's a little pricey but that's expected in a small, local store like this. I think it's worth it to support local. I'm already excited for my next trip! read more

I've lived in Greensboro all my life and had no idea what a gem was right here in my back yard! A friend and I stopped into the tiny greenhouse yesterday and I was so impressed with their selection of plants, pots, and gifts. It's the perfect little shop if you need to grab a gift for a shower or birthday but it's also a great store to stop into if you're having a self care day! I basically kill every plant I buy so I was asking the owners questions and they couldn't have been more helpful. Super friendly and taking their time to explain everything, I feel like bringing my new plant baby home I'm going to be the best mama to it! Truly the owners made my experience so much better and makes me so excited to support this small business. If you're looking for a great selection of plants and gifts, make this your spot! read more

I already cannot wait to go back. When I saw I was 8 minutes from the tiny greenhouse I had to stop in before I headed back to Lexington. I knew I would leave with one plant baby but I ended up with two. They have so many plants to choose from and the pots are absolutely to die for. I will have to go back solely for some more pots (I'm sure I'll leave with plants too). The husband and wife who own the tiny greenhouse were so kind and helpful. The store itself is super cute and they have cards, stickers, knickknacks, and gifts as well! read more

The Tiny Greenhouse is a charming shop run by a lovely husband and wife team. While the main theme is plants of all types in lovely pots, the shop is so much more. I went in to buy a hostess gift and I told one of the owner's that I was looking for a plant to bring to a friend that was hosting a weekend retreat. I told them approximately what I wanted to spend. They told me that I could mix and match any plant with any pot. The plants were priced individually as well as the pots. So I was able to pick and chose what I liked until I came up with what I wanted to spend. The owner tied a pretty bow around it for me. It was so much fun to look around this shop. Every corner was packed with colorful gifts and eye catching items. The back of the shop has a disco ball reflecting specks of light to add to the vibe. There are tee shirts, tote bags, stickers, greeting cards, jewelry, terrarium items and so much more. Go see for yourself. It's a bit on the pricy side, but the selection and quality of merchandise along with the service makes it totally worth the price. read more

Absolutely satisfied with my recent visit to the Tiny Greenhouse. I have been here once before and was intrigued by all of various plants, products, custom items they had. This recent visit, I went alone in search of a surprise gift for my partner. The employees were very helpful with my questions (I honestly don't know a thing about plants), as well as taking the time to be very kind and helpful...even wrapping and putting the items I got in a very nice looking gift bag. If you're a cactus person, this is definitely the place to go as they have a good unique variety as well as many other plants and floral items. There are also many books, stationary, and other cool items you would not find in normal stores. I highly recommend checking them out and will be sure you will find something to your liking. read more

Where do I even start with The Tiny Greenhouse? It's my go-to spot in Greensboro for cute little gifts and beautiful plants. The shop itself is so vibrant, colorful, and inviting--stepping inside feels like pure joy. The owners are such warm, kind, and genuinely lovely people, and their passion shines through in everything they do. The service here is fantastic; you can feel how much they care about each customer the moment you walk through the door. I've spent far too much money here and don't regret a single penny. A hidden gem of Greensboro. The Tiny Greenhouse is a locally owned shop by a wonderful husband and wife duo who both have a great eye for unique items and great style. Like you would expect by the name they have a great variety of plants but so much more. They specialize in house plants such as small succulents, air plants, peperomia, pythos, sansiveria, lilies, ferns all the way to fiddle leaf figs and the options are always evolving. If you have any questions on care Edgar is very knowledgeable and always happy to help. You can also find great pots for all of your plants that have more personality than most you will find in a big box store. They also have an array of other items such as children's toys, candles, books, jewelry along with a variety of household items. For the holidays you can find garlands, ornaments and great gifts. If you are looking for a unique gift then this is where you want to visit As for COVID precautions they require masks, have sanitizer available as well as they limit the number of guests at one time for social distancing. read more

Cutest shop with plants galore (something for everyone) and stationery designed by the shop owners, a husband and wife team. Lots of beautiful plants, cards, and gifts. Opened in January 2016 - I'm bummed I've waited over one year to make it in the shop! Friends have told me sometimes the shop owners will offer to make patrons coffee, which is very generous. Definitely stop in here! read more

I love plants by I always end up killing them (I know, I know; terrible of me). Anyways I recently looked into getting succulents because they seem hard to kill. So I googled local places and turns out TTG is like across from my job so I had to check it out. First of all, this place smells AMAZING inside and the music being played is freaking soothing. The store is set up to not only carry plants but other knick-knacks. Secondly and most importantly the owner is super nice and willing to chat about which plants are hard to kill. I ended up leaving with like 10 small succulents which like 4 months level are still surviving (fingers crossed). Thirdly, the set up is super cute. They carry succulents, regular plants, air plants, all sorts of plants. If you're looking into scratching that green thumb itch this is the place. read more

This is the cutest little shop! It may not be that bog but it still packs a pinch. They always have such healthy, beautiful plants. Every plant I've purchased here (and it's been a few) is thriving with no issues at all. The same cannot always be said about bigger, box stores or even some other local nurseries. The owner is THE NICEST guy ever and is extremely knowledgeable. He will try his best to help you with whatever you need. I cannot recommend this place enough!
