She was patient and knowledgeable. She looked up things online to help us make our decision. We ended up making a purchase only to come back and exchange it out for the purchase of items only available online. Alex handled everything, the return, and the online purchase- and she made sure to use the free online shipping code! We will definitely be back not only to work on our next home re-do project, but also to shop for gifts. Had to spend no less than 30 hours on the phone trying to correct errant deliveries, items that were broken, etc. Multiple items are falling apart after 8-10 months and West Elm is denying any responsibility and declining to help in any way. I will never buy furniture from West Elm again, and would caution anyone from doing so. Desks have paint chipping at every seam 10 months later, leather chairs have metal and wood poking through the backs of them. West Elm says this is normal wear and tear. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

Once we walked in we were greeted right away and they asked if we wanted something to drink which caught me off guard because they offered wine spritz, water etc. just to add one alcohol beverage per customer. The place was huge so many choices of furniture and decor . They offer as is prices on stock furniture and everything is non refundable. They get things every day from all over the triad . I receive a phone call from one of my friends around 12:30pm asking if I wanted to meet for lunch…read morebecause they had an appointment in the Friendly Center. I had no plans, so why not! We agreed on 2ish. Well, I arrived around 2:10pm at the restaurant when I get a text saying it would be closer to 3... I was so sad because I was really hungry. My friends tells me to go check out Kirklands, that's how I got here! I procrastinated a bit but it was around 2:20pm on Tuesday afternoon when I visited Kirklands for the first time. When I walked in, Fall time aroma was evident. If I had to guess, I would say the aroma reminded me of pumpkin and/or cinnamon. While looking around, I noticed ample Fall and Halloween decor. The store was running a 25% sale off for Labor Day. I saw some cute mini monogram pumpkins that were $4.19, but of course, they didn't hav a Z for Zay :( Other decor items included pillows, pictures, lamps, pumpkins, furniture, towels, etc. There were two tables with candles. I LOVE candles! The sale price was $8.99. I ended up getting two. One was "Teach, Encourage, Inspire" which was lemon, apple, pear as Summer is wrapping up and the other was "Cafe Macchiato" for the Fall time me or anytime lol. I didn't like many of the offering for seasonal aromas. I'm sure many others would enjoy it. The cashier present was Nancy. She was really friendly and helpful. When I walked in, she helped others but asked me if I needed help with anything and told me about the current sale when she was done. She did the same thing for each customer that came in after me. While checking out, the card machine had some issues and wouldn't accept my card. Around about 3 tries it worked. Nancy stated that "they" we're moving the line underground and wires may have gotten hit. I assume she had been having prior to me because after the first time, she said it wasn't my card. Nonetheless, no biggie. I saw many things that I would buy but nothing I needed. Some things were a big pricey for me too. I typically don't decorate for each season/holiday except Christmas. After my items were paid for, I left to fill my tummy with tacos and a jumbo margarita :)

The search is finally over - I finally found my go-to plant store! This is THE place to go if you…read morewant plants that are taken care of like they're babies. I have to first start out by saying the employees know (pretty much!) everything there is to know about the plants they sell. The area, sun/shade preferences, temperatures it should be in, how many times it should be watered, what fertilizer to use, etc. They come up to you before you even know you have a question about something - that's how ambitious they are! The parking lot is always packed full of people - so it does seem like they're low on parking spots. Good news? It's always busy and business is great! They have a wide selection to choose from -- from house plants, plants for the office, to outdoor plants! The thing I like about this specific garden center is that it's a cozy atmosphere to shop at for easily an hour. They have lots of garden decor and fun flower pots to buy, shelves of them actually! There's an assortment of trees out back, along with plants you normally put around your house, a variety of potting soil, hanging baskets, bird feeders, you name it! I feel like I'm bringing home a few plants every week from here, and I have no shame! They easily spruce up your living space and make you happy. It feels like it's become a small hobby of mine to monitor and make sure they're thriving. Don't worry, the staff is all wearing masks and respectfully stand at the proper distance while assisting you. Did I mention how nice they are? One last fun fact is that they have a loyalty points if you set up an account with your phone number at the checkout. It's already saved me some money, while staying loyal to them as a customer and always coming back!
