Took it back in and they replaced it. Now our brand new car has scratches and a burn mark from them using the heat gun on the inside of the window and not the outside! They've removed the tint and refunded the money for the windows. They also ordered replacement parts for the parts that were scratched but we've still got a burn mark on the door of a brand new car!! I don't even have the words for how upset this made us.

I didn't get the sales pressure or we are the best. What I got was a genuine conversation. He told me about the laws that others didn't. He recommended what he felt that would be best for my vehicle. Not the most expensive film that they carry but what he'd get if it were his car. They weren't the cheapest place I visited but how he treated me & was honest and very knowledgeable about tinting.so I decided to have them do the tinting. I am more than happy & would recommend them to anyone who is looking to get their windows tinted. Just want to say thank you to Gary & the crew at Guardian Window Tinting! Just got back from Derrell"s Body Shop where I had a very pleasant experience…read more While working in my garage I had dropped a jack stand on the hood of my wife's, new to her, 2016 Mazda Miata. I waited a week to tell her so it wouldn't ruin her Thanksgiving holiday. After getting a recommendation from the local parts store and reading reviews on line I decided to get an estimate from Derrell's for the repair. I'm not sure who I talked to, but he seemed like the owner -maybe Mike? I mean that as a compliment because he was down to earth, just like one of the employees, not an authoritative owner type. He walked out with me to my car and looked at the dent in my hood then went inside and got one of his technicians (coworkers) who buffed the dent to asses the condition of the paint. Fortunately the paint was still good underneath the scuff and we decided it could be fixed by popping the dent out. He called his dent specialist and found out that he was in the Myrtle Beach area (where I live) on Mondays. This he thought would be easier and save a trip to Conway for me. Meanwhile the technician also buffed out some scuffs on my rear bumper. With the business card of his dent repair specialist in hand I asked him how much I owed him and he said nothing. As I walked out the door he told me to practice safe jack stand handling techniques in the future. Dustin

Well the 48 hrs went by and there were still a lot of bubbles and what appeared to be some type of particle under the tint. I called and texted and he finally responded and came back out. Cool. Waited more than 48 hrs and still the same thing. I've called several times and texted and he will not respond. I've given him more than enough time to make it right. I asked for a receipt multiple times. He said his fiancé handles that but he could write me up something. Well he was about to leave without doing it so I went outside to ask again and he said he didn't have anything in the car but I would get something in the mail Iin a few days, which it's going on 2 weeks now and still nothing. Bad business man all around and I will be filing complaints with BBB and Secretary of state. I paid $140 for a service that was definitely not quality. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND
