Took it back in and they replaced it. Now our brand new car has scratches and a burn mark from them using the heat gun on the inside of the window and not the outside! They've removed the tint and refunded the money for the windows. They also ordered replacement parts for the parts that were scratched but we've still got a burn mark on the door of a brand new car!! I don't even have the words for how upset this made us.

Well the 48 hrs went by and there were still a lot of bubbles and what appeared to be some type of particle under the tint. I called and texted and he finally responded and came back out. Cool. Waited more than 48 hrs and still the same thing. I've called several times and texted and he will not respond. I've given him more than enough time to make it right. I asked for a receipt multiple times. He said his fiancé handles that but he could write me up something. Well he was about to leave without doing it so I went outside to ask again and he said he didn't have anything in the car but I would get something in the mail Iin a few days, which it's going on 2 weeks now and still nothing. Bad business man all around and I will be filing complaints with BBB and Secretary of state. I paid $140 for a service that was definitely not quality. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

They weren't the cheapest place I visited but how he treated me & was honest and very knowledgeable about tinting.so I decided to have them do the tinting.
