I went in with the sole purpose of having a new head unit that was Apple CarPlay enabled as well as a back up camera and tint on my driver, passenger and front windows. These guys are extremely knowledgeable in what they do and professional in the manner in which they execute. Took it back in and they replaced it. Now our brand new car has scratches and a burn mark from them using the heat gun on the inside of the window and not the outside! They've removed the tint and refunded the money for the windows. They also ordered replacement parts for the parts that were scratched but we've still got a burn mark on the door of a brand new car!!
