Next thing I know he's running into his shop and comes out with a bunch of his tools. He said I can make this much better. And so he did. What a horrible, horrible job he did. I expressed to him my extreme disappointment in the install. He assured me that the many imperfections would disappear after 2 weeks. Well fast forward to Aug 12 and 3 visits of repairs. I lost all faith in his ability to do a professional PPF install. I asked for him to remove and refund me the price of the install. He refused and stated per the contract no refunds would be issued. I have never had such a horrific experience with a business. I have never had a business not stand by their work. Edwin of Sigma Kore preferred to hide behind the contract then stand behind his workmanship. I told him I would be taking him to court. He told me good luck with that. I did take Sigma Kore to small claims court and pictures were provided to the courts. The judgment resulted in my favor. The courts had given Sigma kore 30 days to issue me the settlement. 30 days have come and gone. So now I have moved forward with the courts for nonpayment. Buyer Beware!
