Waited more than 48 hrs and still the same thing. I've called several times and texted and he will not respond. I've given him more than enough time to make it right. When the first touch-up came due, I contacted them and was told it would be handled later. After that, communication became increasingly difficult. Eventually, my calls, emails, and messages went unanswered. Recently, I drove to their Myrtle Beach location only to find that the business was no longer operating there. Their website now only references a Florida location, and I have received no communication regarding how existing customers are supposed to receive the remaining years of service that were included in the package I purchased. At this point, I paid for a multi-year service plan and have been unable to obtain the promised service or a refund. If the company is still operating in Florida, I would like them to contact me and either honor the remaining coverage or refund the unused portion of the protection plan. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing a long-term service package from this company.
