Next thing I know he's running into his shop and comes out with a bunch of his tools. He said I can make this much better. And so he did. Took it back in and they replaced it. Now our brand new car has scratches and a burn mark from them using the heat gun on the inside of the window and not the outside! They've removed the tint and refunded the money for the windows. They also ordered replacement parts for the parts that were scratched but we've still got a burn mark on the door of a brand new car!! I don't even have the words for how upset this made us.
