I will say, our service was great and super friendly. Restaurant was clean and we got a table quickly. But the food omg. Not good. I got a taco salad and it was so dry?!?? I've never thought of a taco salad as being wet or dry but I couldn't explain it. It was hard to eat. I got sour cream, Guac and salsa with it but it was still so dry. Bizarre.... My husband got the French dip and also didn't like it. Said it also had no flavor and was over cooked. The fries were hard as a rock and came in a grease puddle. Must have been the last fries of the bunch before new ones were made but how did the kitchen feel comfortable sending them out they were horrid.... We also got the kids Mac, the kids meals do come with a lot of food so that was nice.

Entree's are big enough portions to share with plenty to spare. By the time we finished our meal, the restaurant and bar were packed with mostly locals. Great atmosphere. Epic service. May 2026 Elko, N…read more Hmmmmm . . . 3.0 stars. Here is why. Arrived a little after 5 pm on a Friday. Two tables were already sitting. The hostess sat us in a separate room from the main dining room. It was hit brightly by the sun and felt like a second thought of leftover dining. Asked if we could sit in main dining room and she obliged. We asked about the menu and took time to review it. After some time we ordered. My husband had the chicken Alfredo and I ordered the PASTA MILANO which is described as: Chicken, Tomatoes, Mushrooms in a Roasted Garlic Cream Sauce over Penne Pasta. Sounds good right? It could have been good. But it was not. First of all, I never got chicken in the dish. The mushrooms were diced and very few in the dish. The only thing they got right was the tomatoes. I called the waitress over and told her that my dish had no chicken in it. She said well do you want some? I smiled and said well that's what the dish was supposed to come with. So I waited. Then I decided to go ahead and start eating my food because seven minutes went by and I still have no chicken. When the dish was originally served,, I asked the waitress for Parmesan cheese. She said we don't have Parmesan cheese, but we have black pepper. Huh???? of course you have Parmesan cheese. I have it on my Caesar salad. I really don't think she knew what Parmesan cheese was. I just shrugged my shoulders and took a bite of my food. Again, great concept. But the food had NO flavor. I added salt and pepper. Still nothing. I took the balsamic vinegar that was on the table and added it to the dish. There, I finally had flavor in my meal. But still no chicken. Finally, another waitress brings out a plate of squiggly worm like meat. She said, did somebody order chicken at this table? I was disgusted. First of all, it was not pleasant to see it look like that. Also, you should've offered to remake my meal, or at least take it back and mix it with the chicken. But to make me wait until my dishes is half gone and then bring over a plate of chicken is a poor decision. The chicken fettuccine had a good flavor. But the chicken was tough. Hard to chew. Not good flavor. I ordered a n/a Heineken. She brought it in a glass to the table. It was already poured so I don't know if I truly got what I ordered. Also the glass was too large for the amount of beer that was in it. Makes it look like it was half a drink. The waitress was kind, but we did not see much of her. She never offered to refill our bread basket. According to the menu, you get two baskets of bread and then if you want more you have to pay. We only got one basket of bread and never offered anymore. I was looking forward to some good pasta, and this restaurant did not deliver. Very disappointed in the service, and most definitely the food. The waitress took five dollars off of our meal, but she never explained why she did it or why she decided to take that amount of money. She never apologized for my dish, not having any protein, she never apologized for any thing. Management needs to teach staff that they can take ownership of the situation. It is OK to say you are sorry that the chicken was not put in your dish. Let's see what we can do to make it right. That would have gone so far. Instead, it left my attitude about this place as tough as the chicken in the fettuccine was.

We visited Luciano's today and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience…read more The service was poor from the moment we arrived. The server was rude and unwelcoming. We ordered pasta, but it was of very poor quality--it had an unpleasant smell and was not enjoyable to eat. We ended up leaving most of our food untouched. What was even more disappointing was that no one asked why we had barely eaten our meal or whether there was anything they could do to make it right. At the end of the meal, the server simply tossed our credit card onto the table, which felt disrespectful and unprofessional. Good service earns good tips, but with the combination of poor food quality and discourteous service, this was one of the worst dining experiences we've had. We hope the management takes customer feedback seriously and works on improving both the food quality and customer service.

Her service was great, she was very friendly, and seemed genuinely concerned about the issues I had, and apologized for everying several times. I ordered the Ribeye. The menu description made it sound like it had seasoning. It had no flavor at all. Not even salt and pepper. I ordered it rare. It came out blue. It was cold-cold in the center, and purple in color, not red. And there was so much silver skin on it, it was like it was just a giant piece of beef flavored chewing gum. The veggies that came with it were served in a monkey bowl, and had the consistency of mashed potatoes. The dinner roll was stale and dry. The silverware was rolled in a napkin, but looked like it had old cheese on it? Coating it. I honestly do not believe it was even washed. The one pour of tequila I had was pretty tasty. Also, all of the people at the bar told me that the food was horrible and not to eat here, but I wanted to give the place a chance. I see people in here all of the time, so figured the guys on the bar were messing with me. So, I tried the buffalo wings. The sauce is good. I asked for extra crispy. They came out in a soup of buffalo sauce. Like, the bottom of the plate was full of a soup of the sauce. I was looking to just have wings that were tossed in the sauce, not in a soup. I dunno. Just not happy with this place other than the service.
