This ended up working out well because the two hours would not have been long enough for everyone to do all of the recipes. Our table ended up making the southern cornbread but since it was a quick recipe we also assisted with the Butternut Squash/Apple & Pear Soup. The last table made the Spicy White Bean Chicken Chili. The food was really good and filling. I thought that the chili was going to be really spicy because it had green chili peppers but it had the perfect amount of heat. I didn't know what to expect from the soup but it had great flavor. The cornbread was not bad but our table thought that it was missing something. The butter that was provided helped. The wine tasting occurred while our food was cooking. It started off well but then when a few of us left to finish the soup we never really got back on track with it. We came in a Friday night and made some arancini, lasagna, salad, and Pizzelles. Chef Wynton is also the owner and super friendly. It was a fun way to spend a Friday night.
