I love thrifting which brought me to this store. I've visited it many times in the past years since it opened and loved it. However, the recent hike in prices is just not good. I. recently found a shirt priced at what I could buy brand new at a retail store. Several items priced way to high in my opinion. First time thrift shopping here. I heard about it on a YouTube channel and thought well I'm going that way soon, so I should stop by. Basically, it looks alot like a GW set up, but with better prices. Thats right I said it, BETTER PRICES. Everything was nicely hanging shelves were stocked. The employees were really nice and friendly. I happened to walk in on a day of "Blue tags at 75% off". Yep, 75%!! So I found a few things. Only one item was Blue and I got that cover up for $1.75. Thats right one dollar and seventy-five cents. Crazy good!! And by the way I love my 1973 Rock teeshirt. So if your in heading towards Salem, Oregon. You should stop at the Thrift Store. read more

there's a lot of really cheap stuff here and I feel like they're pretty greedy with their prices, seeing shoes being sold for $25 kind of insane considering they got the stuff for free. I also seen a shirt with the tag on that was originally cheaper than what they were selling for. skip. read more

I really like this store and this is why. Super nice and helpfull staff! Huge selections on a wide variety of items. Reasonable prices! Weekly discounts from 25% to 75%. I love finding new thrift stores, especially when they contribute to a good cause. This one is relatively new to Keiser, and partners with the Boys and Girls Clubs. They accept donations, but also have new items in stock at deep discounts. Be sure to check to see what their sale colors are for the best prices. I got a pair of American Eagle jeans for $6, a nice planter basket for $2 and a 10% Military discount for my Veteran status. read more

This place is fun to visit, offering a great selection of items, and the employees are friendly and helpful.

The store's staff are most helpful and hospitable! The prices are more in-line with that of consignment. An example would be t-shirts were an approximate average of $7 each unless on sale. The variety is nice and the store well merchandised. It's worth a stop but expect to pay more than your average thrift in the greater Salem area. read more

I found this store a few years ago and ever since I call it my favorite store. I use to love to go to another big secondhand store but not no more since they love to raise their prices so high now. I went here because the reviews were good and said the prices were low. I had been disappointed with goodwill prices in the area, so I was exited for the low prices. The store was very neat/organized but unfortunately the prices were pretty high. Most women's shirts were $6 or $8, with some of the "nicer" ones being $12. Obviously still cheap compared to buying new, but not the amazing prices I was hoping for. Thrift stores get their clothes for free, they shouldn't charge so much! In terms of variety, the store was medium-sized. I bought a couple of things but I probably won't frequent this store. read more

A return visit revealed that the book section had been overhauled and is now curated very well. I browsed a long time, intrigued by the strength of the collection. There are many books for children, not my thing, and adult books are $2 for softcovers and $3 for hardbacks. The mens' dress shirt collection is strong and I bought a top brand which appeared almost new for $8. I really don't know if this store is a nonprofit, which would affect prices. No returns, as others have pointed out. Senior discount day is Tuesday. I'm going to fit this store into my regular circuit. read more

I loved this business when it had it's grand opening! Huge variety & there was TONS of merchandise to fish through AND they had some crazy good deals. That being said; I no longer enjoy this store, nor will I be returning. Not only was I insulted- the variety has lessened, the quality of the merchandise has decreased, & don't let me forget to mention the Manager's non-existent tact! I had finished perusing (after having found a fairly nice pair of work shorts for my husband) so I folded my personal shopping bag and put it into my purse on my way up to the cashier (because I can carry one item) and I'm approached by the store manager. While she is reaching across me to touch the shorts that I have in my shopping cart, she asks if I need help and looks at my purse. I replied that I did not need help, I found shorts for my husband, and I opened my purse and pulled out my shopping bag. I said I didn't feel the need to use the bag for one item and then put it back into my purse. The audacity to approach a customer in a manner as if I've been shoplifting, without reason, is unethical as well as unprofessional. Not one smile or any welcoming vibes. Another lost customer due to management, or lack there of. P.S. I did still purchase the shorts...and the cashier was great, very genuine and friendly. read more

I was in the new thrift store in Keizer which was previously the Goodwill store. I purchased some shoes, a pair of pants and a couple other items which were very well priced but I was disappointed when I went up to the register and checked out and was given my receipt and it stated that there were no returns even with the tags still attached and receipt. Due to the COVID-19 customers are unable to try on clothes in the dressing room , which is understandable. I think (my opinion)in cases like this stores need to make exceptions during these times to allow customers to return items when not allowed to try on clothing. I mentioned this to the clerk checking me out and she wasn't very understanding and kept stating and repeating I don't make the rules so I just felt like my opinion didn't matter read more

Very unacceptable behavior of the staff. Yelling at me that my service animal can't be in the cart and questioning the authenticity of him being a real service animal. So loud my family who was in the back of the store heard it. I understand you have policy's and if u didn't want him in the cart fine no problem but you do not get to be agreeing and yell at people!!! I will never return to this store because of the treatment I got. When I messaged them on Facebook they didn't admit to any wrong doing and refused to apologize for screaming at me. Ridiculous. I will not support a company that treats disabled people this way. read more

I'm sorry but the experience I had tonight was an eye opener of this store. For one I was shopping for work pants and had about 8-10 pants in my hand. It would of been nice to have the time to try them on but they close the fitting rooms 15 minutes before and I wasn't gonna buy anything if you can't return them or exchange them. That's ridiculous. And they do not announce that they will close the fitting room or let the customers know they were gonna close. No communication. read more
