The wings were great, and the mumbo sauce was really good (although it had more of a bbq sauce consistency). Garden salad is always a hit for me as well. The dressing is paired perfectly with fresh tomatoes, carrots, etc. Hamilton is metro accessible via the red line, and can be a quick stop for food that appeals to even the pickiest eater. If I didn't add the eggs it would've been extremely light. It also wasn't as flavorful. I don't see it on the menu anymore. The curried crab and squash soup was amazing. I'd get that anytime. It's packed with flavor, plenty of crab and it's a decent size. The poke nachos are solid. The steak tacos are bomb and the fried rice with chicks or salmon are also great. Their pints are on point, and their Irish espresso martini with Paddy's cold brew, Kahula, espresso, and Demerara is solid. A recent redditor visiting the city had two beers and a buffalo chicken sandwich: $36.98 in menu prices, but their total came to $52.03 in cash or $53.50 by card. The place added a 6% "DC Minimum Wage Act" service charge ($2.44). The receipt says this is not a tip - but it was calculated on the food plus tax, not just the food -- and then the included gratuity is calculated on top of this. The 20% gratuity ($8.67) was added automatically, calculated on the total including tax and also the service charge, rather than on the food. Then, a 3% credit card fee, which came to $1.47 on the bill. This is stacking their charges. Could be inadvertent but that says something else about the place. This same order with tax and a normal 20% tip would be about $48. These fees cost the visitor about $4 to $5.50 more than that, and the tip was decided for them of course. If you go, check your receipt carefully. I did not eat here: I'm incensed for the person visiting my city who got taken like this.

Because of that, I'd recommend sticking with the burger--it's the better choice for both portion and overall satisfaction.
