A young lady by the name of "Enya" stepped in and actually singlehandedly made me reconsider not doing business with Target. I was over it until she stepped in and used her awesome customer service and people skills to correct all that had gone wrong while apologizing constantly while she corrected my job and invoice. This job was for my business, very specific and very important! She treated me as if my business was as important to her as it is to me! A short walk to the storefront, and before I could say "boo", one of the workers raised his hand to motion me towards the back of the store for no-waiting service! Bingo!! Just what I wanted in this pre-Christmas mailout season! I had my package all boxed up, so all it needed was a label to whisk away to Illinois. The man who attended me asked for my info, I explained what was in the box, he made a sincere comment about the spelling of my name, and the transaction lasted maybe 4 1/2 minutes. I was done and on my way, as I left, I had to dodge people that were trying to form a line and kept the door open for a UPS worker that was delivering packages, then another person walked in, and another, and another. I felt great! I had no waiting, but within 5 minutes the line was 8-9 persons deep! You get great service either way. You never know if there will be a line; you just gotta know that they are working as fast and as politely as possible!

She even made a size font recommendation that I was very happy with. Even though their turnaround time is usually about a week, they accommodated my needs to have it done within a couple days and actually had it done the next day. Although I'm not sure what common embroidery prices are, I expected it to be a lot more than I paid - less than $10.
