Unfortunately, when you have to let a remote employee go, they aren't always the nicest people and unfortunately in this case, the ex-employee took out their anger on the courier that we sent to pick up our equipment from his home. To use the word disappointed in someone that I thought was lot more professional and kind, even though his employment was at an end is an understatement. It's not an easy thing being in CA in this situation but as sorry as I am that the courier had to endure the harassment that was dished out on her, I can say that my experience with Denise and the Express Courier Systems was absolutely top notch!! As soon as the items arrived at their warehouse in Jacksonville, they sent me an email with my order info and their scheduled delivery date which was within a 4 hour window. In the email, they told me I was welcome to call back and reschedule, which I did since I was going to be out of town on during the original delivery window. I spoke with Charlene in the office and she set up my new delivery window reassuring me that all the packages would be delivered at once. The morning of, they sent me a reminder text of my delivery window with a link to track my items place in the delivery line and a promise that they would notify me before they arrived. I had a delivery window for 8AM-12PM. The delivery drivers called me at 9:30AM to let me know they'd be there in half an hour and at 9:52AM they rolled up ready to get down to business. I had a standard delivery so they needed to only dropped it off at my front door. They carried 4 heavy boxes up three flights of stairs without damaging anything and with practiced ease like the professionals they are! When they saw that I was just one small girl by myself trying to use a dolly to get the packages into my condo, they didn't just leave me there struggling but went above and beyond and helped me place it inside. Make sure you call Field Print if you have a problem. They told me they could not except my Drivers License because it was a paper copy (renewal). When I called Field Print, they stated that as along as it had a photo they should have excepted the ID. Instead the OWNER was rude about the entire situation. I've been at the hospital for two days with my sister in ICU and this was the last thing I needed. I was physically shaken!
