I call up Baked per a friends recommendation and the employees on the phone were SO accommodating and took my hysterical self in right away. Alexa did an AMAZING job and gave me the perfect pre-wedding glow. She calmed me down and made me feel comfortable the whole time! Afterwards, it started to rain (cue the hysterics again) and the employees were so so nice and lent me an umbrella and basically walked me to my car.
