This place has delicious tacos I got the Baja taco and a carne asada. I also got churros and they were delicious! It was definitely worth the wait! The place was small but given the time of day, my friends and I were able to find a table for 6 people.

Great Mexican food being served here. If you are looking for a late night taco spot in South beach then check out the Taco stand. My burrito was packed with plenty of protein and tons of veggies. They have a bar with plenty of sauces if you want it. Service was great my order came out very quickly. Tons of beverage options to choose from.

The Taco Stand is a fantastic little taco spot with quick service and not much to right home about ambience wise. But the tacos and burritos are legendary and have a ton of flavor. We really enjoyed our Baja and Al pastor tacos. The baja was one of the most memorable fish tacos I've had in a while packed with ingredients. There isn't a ton to write about the Taco Stand, but if you want some amazing tacos or a burrito and aren't expecting a fancy date... This is your spot!

Best tacos in town as I said before on my review on the wynwood location. First time I make it to the south beach one, located conveniently close to Lincoln Road where you can go after or before for a walk. Brian was super nice helping us sort which tacos to take. The place is cool, with vibrant Latin music and also a nice outdoor sitting

This is a small restaurant on Lincoln road, but it is amazing. The prices are good, as well as food was delicious. The service was great and we got our food quickly and the workers were nice. The ambiance is old timey but still nice. Will come again!

Amazingly steak quesadillas- oh gosh did I mentioned amazing

Tacos after a beach day would've not been my first choice or cross my mind ever; but I must say this was a good suggestion from my daughter! This WILL be definitely a place to go back to!!! Food was simply delicious every single thing we ordered was on point !!! Very impressed with all plates, flavors were exquisite. Service was excellent- friendly cashier/attendant !!! Also, the ambiance was super cutesie!!! Love everything about it !!!!

I had such high expectations for this place and was really excited to try it. I had the California burrito and it was okay. I took all the sauces and somehow it still tasted a bit bland. I'll be back in sure to try other items but doesn't compare to Cali burritos unfortunately

The downfall that The Taco Stand opening on my street will be to my wallet and diet is concerning. It is so good, well-priced and worth waiting in the line that there almost always is! Truly, no matter what time of day, there is a crowd which is a good sign. They have limited seating both indoor and outdoor, so often times I just take it to go and eat at home or at the end of Lincoln a few blocks away where there are some benches on the Bay (also half a block in the other direction there is public seating on the pedestrian area of Lincoln road along the fountains!). So far, the secret menu tostones proved to be a little too messy to eat, but everything else has been so good. I am NOT a burrito person (I feel like you get mostly rice and beans), but not here! No rice and beans to be seen, so you're truly getting all burrito. The California is my favorite (don't be deterred by the fries...they had a nice crispy crunch on the inside) and I'm a big fan of acting like I've never tried any of the sauces they have available every time I go. They don't yet have their liquor license (as of April 5), but I heard a rumor they're working on it and will eventually sell margaritas. As of right now they sell beer and sodas. They have bottled sodas and fountain drinks. My one main complaint is the flow of the spot. They need to invest in some double doors lol because right now it's people shuffling past each other to wait in line or get in or out and it definitely can create some chaos. Otherwise this spot is definitely worth stopping by!

The Taco Stand has very quickly become one of my favorite spots! I've been to the Wynwood location but it's been a great addition to have them in Miami Beach now. The staff is friendly, the prices are great, the food is fresh and the sauces are on point. It can get quite busy so it can sometimes take a while to get the food and the freshness/quality does vary at times but still a great taco spot! My favorite is the pescado taco - which is a grilled Mahi Mahi taco. Comes with avocado, cabbage, onions and chipotle sauce. I recently tried their bean burrito and wow. That was generous portion and very tasty. The vibe inside is fun and so is the decor. Definitely a great spot in South Beach!

A perfect spot for tacos and burritos! Everything is so freaking good, and the burritos are massive. The staff is great too and from what I hear, they're open late for any after hours cravings. There are lots of sauces to choose from. Just a truly fun spot. I would definitely go back!

Great menu with lots to choose from.

If you're in Miami and craving authentic, flavorful Mexican food without breaking the bank, The Taco Stand is a must-visit. It's a small space, but it offers handmade corn tortillas, fresh and perfectly seasoned grilled meats, and a variety of delicious salsas. The Al Pastor, chicken and the grilled shrimp tacos were the best, and the elote on a stick was some of the best corn I've tasted. You may have to wait a bit during peak hours, but it's worth the wait!

Each plate was $30 and supposed to come with beans and rice but only came with a sauce cup of rice. The blue corn tortillas were very good, as were my short rib tacos. The drinks were amazing, I was excited to try Illegal Mezcal, our server helped my mom find what she would like and gave overall excellent service. I then realized the restaurant is owned by "First Class Hospitality" a group with nearly two dozen locations/concepts around South Beach. Alongside a couple other corporate hospitality providers, they have the entire dining market cornered with the same specials, identical pricing, and same foodservice providers. I'm sure many tourists couldn't care any less about the food they eat having no real ties to the area, but I do. At the end of the meal we had a 20% service charge which our server said did not go to them as a gratuity, the server was unable to apply the "Happy Hour" discount claiming our drinks didn't count though there was no indication based on the "Buy 1 Get 1 Free Cocktails, Beers and Wines" and we ordered off the cocktail portion of the menu. We were told by the hostess that the two other Mexican places we considered down the street were the exact same kitchen and prices, just different buildings and names, even down to watching our food be carried up the sidewalk from another building. Between the corporate soullessness, shady Happy Hour practice, cookie cutter concept, a "service charge" which doesn't benefit staff, and the food poisoning I have attributed to it, by the end I just felt sour. I regret patronizing this place and wish I had been more judicious in my choice. If I have to spend $100 on a meal, I'd rather it stay local.

Taquiza is nothing short of spectacular when it comes to their authentic blue corn tortillas. Coming from a hospitality family, Tyrese who was on his first day of training made sure our table and every guest interaction with tables around were satisfied and full. Asking about recommendations, he was able to explain the flavor palates provided with tacos and drinks. Though $5 a piece for tacos, seems a little steep this is like a reasonable Miami price considering others are about $8 for one in other places. We tried the crispy fish, al pastor, carnitas and Arrecha tacos. They were spectacular, and the guacamole with totopos thick crispy but fluffy blue corn chips. We even ordered a dozen blue corn tortillas to take home for $9. I think this is amazing price considering their authenticity. We even had their horchata and I loved it bringing me back to my childhood days. Give Taquiza a try, though some reviews here are not 5 star satisfied, I promise you won't be disappointed trying this place out at least one it twice whether you're a tourist or a regular. They are also pet friendly! A big win for the Beach community!

We sat outside and it was a beautiful day, which definitely made the experience better. That said, it's not beachfront, and there's construction going on right where the outdoor seating faces. Finding the restaurant was honestly a bit of a mission because we had to go around all of that. We did get seated right away, which was great. From what I could tell, there was only one server handling everything, so she was clearly busy and service was a bit slow. Food wise, it was really good. The carne asada tacos were flavorful and well done, and the guac stood out too. Their chips are house made and thicker than usual, which is different but still good. Overall, I'd come back. Good food, nice vibe, just be prepared for a slower service depending on how busy it is.
