Okay, no problem, however the manufacturer would not accept our proof of purchase from this stores receipt. I made 5 attempts to request assistance from the store through email, Facebook messenger, and unanswered phone calls during business hours. No return messages or calls. So I have a $275 pair of broken sunglasses that we had for 2 days and they are trash because they will not return a message or update the receipt so it does not show "custom x1" as your product description. The store has great brands and quality but are lacking customer service and do not seem to stand behind the products they sold to us.

They helped with baiting the hooks, unhooking the catches, cleaning the fish, and providing unparalleled entertainment. We couldn't have asked for a better day on the water, the fish were biting and the weather was absolutely perfect. The captain kept putting us right on the fish and we ended the trip with plenty to bring to a restaurant for a hook and cook dinner. I can't recommend this place enough, the price is right and the people running it and keeping it going are great. The captain even let us know when a pod of dolphins were nearby so we could enjoy seeing them! Such an unexpected and great bonus to the day! It is BYOB if you want, but onboard they do have some beverages and snacks for purchase (cash only on board), but we brought our own which worked out well. Tickets can be purchased with debit or credit cards, but cash on board is king for drinks/snacks, tips, and fish cleaning so make sure to bring some cash for your day on the water! If you're in the middle keys and want a great value for a fishing trip without a full charter, this is the best there is and totally worth it.

The mate was especially patient and kind with our young boys and really made sure they had the best time possible! This was following a night time charter with a different boat in the area, and we caught twice as much fish and had a much better time with Sea Dog. The shared catch aspect was originally a deterrent for us, it's something we're really not a fan of. In the end it worked out fine though, and we were glad we decided to give them a try!
