I was thoroughly impressed with Bike Marathon's service! I rented a standard beach cruiser for 3…read moredays which was not only delivered to where I was staying, but also retrieved when it was time to turn in. With 1 phone call, I was able to rent, pay and return the bike after use. It came with a lock so I was able to secure it at the many places I visited. I also simply locked it up to the gate of the AirBnB I was staying at and they came to pick it up while I headed to the airport. Payment was simple as well and we processed it through Venmo in about 30 seconds. There are many options to choose from but I chose one of the yellow cruisers without the front basket. The large tires made it super easy to travel around quickly, and are especially useful for hopping curbs and such. Overall, I'd give this place 6 stars if I could. Thank you Bike Marathon! Drew

Great place! Great people! Great work!!!…read more I contacted this bike shop, And spoke to the owner Tom SOMMER, To see if they would be willing to replace a hydraulic brake handle with one I had purchased and had been recommended by the manufacturer as a replacement for a defective one. Mr. Summers agreed to look at the problem and then decide if he would undertake this job. The new hydraulic brake the manufacture suggested did not fit. The big Pine bicycle Center contacted a local vendor and found brakes that would fit this bike. Oh, by the way, this is an E bike. Anyway, long story short, they replaced both front and rear brakes. The new brakes you can find parts for. The old brakes I could not find parts anywhere not even a screw nor a O-ring seal. And that's all I needed to fix the old ones.

If you make a reservation on a rental you are blocking other people from renting for that time. When you then decide that you rather go fishing that day or a Harley is too big for you well you are causing that business to loose money, besides causing other people not to have the joy of renting a bike that day. Reading the reviews of the Scooter guy it sure sounds like the reply is point on with the first comment of the "one-star" review. Scooters and bikes are two different things. You should go to someone who fixes lawnmowers to have your 50cc scooter repaired. Fuzzy has been good to the Keys and its visitors for years. I have nothing but positive things to say. He says he will fix it and he does. He tells you this is the way it is and it is! And that is hard to find these days!
