Amazing bagels and sandwiches. We loved the ambiance and the shop was a perfect stop on our road trip.

You walk in and ... it's almost family. Friendly greetings, trying to accomodate your wish, friendly, fun and just awesome. They have a good menu - in my opinion still too big - but filled with good staple foods. Additionally, there are specialty days (Mo/Tu/Thu/Fr) - check it out online - great way of opening the aperture on different menu areas. We have yet to have ONE item we didn't like and we've been eating through their menu for the past 3 years (which makes us juniors at this place). Family friendly, but totally cool coming in alone or with your +1 or a friend. Can't wait to come back here soon

We arrived around 5pm on a Thursday and it was busy! Almost the entire bar area was filled, but there were plenty of open tables in the back. Kassie was our waitress and she was so sweet and helpful! I ordered the Sweet Chili Hawaiian pizza and my mom got the Prime Dip Sandwich. We both loved what we ordered. The pizza was soooo good. Unlike any other pizza I have ever had before, but in the best way. My only complaint was that all the toppings fell off because the bottom wasn't super crispy, but no big deal at all. We will absolutely be back when we are in the area!

Cocktail menu was unique and we enjoyed both of our drinks. The place seats a lot of people and seemed pretty booked, so I'd def recommend making reservations in advance. The interior decor is well thought out and curated, while preserving history of the old, original building. They had a live jazz band, which created a cool ambiance, but I will say it was quite loud inside. Overall, we enjoyed our experience and would recommend it to others.

In all honesty, the hostess staff told us they could not guarantee a booth. However, when we arrived, we were told that all the booths were full, and we were seated in the main dining room. I walked into the bar to take a look at the booths and one was completely empty. Disappointing. The menu was creative and had something for everyone from meat eaters to vegetarians and vegans. Shout out to server Sierra, who was friendly and happy to make recommended and answered all of our questions with a smile. The setting is open and a little loud, but being in the National Hotel, the aesthetic flowed well with the hotel decor. The disappointing part of my party's experience was the fact that service took sooo long. We ordered an appetizer which came out with our main entrees. And drinks that we ordered before any of the food came out, came long after our meal had been served and only after we we asked what had happened to them. We were told that the bar was very busy and that's what delayed our drinks. However, with such a popular hotel, you think they would plan for this in advance. Overall, I would dine here again, but not during the busy dinner service. I would come during off hours only or be seated for dinner at 5 PM before the rush.

I paid because I only had an hour for lunch and needed to eat. I got my mocha and sat down to wait for my sandwich. As I waited, I noticed several people who ordered after me receiving their food while I was still sitting there. About 15 minutes later, I finally received my to-go sandwich. When I opened the container, it was obvious it had been sitting there for a while. The sandwich was sweaty, and half of it was soggy. Apparently, they had forgotten to bring it to me. By that point, my mocha was already gone before I had even started eating. The BLT itself was made on regular-sized sandwich bread, and the tomatoes and bacon were good. But $34 for a basic BLT and a small iced mocha is outrageous, especially considering the wait and the condition of the sandwich when I finally received it. I will not be going back. The prices are simply far too high for what you get.

They have remodeled it inside and it is very nice. They are so trying to make a place that people want to gather at. I really wish our community would gather around them and go have some great food, and watch football with. Like fans. The price was extremely reasonable with the wine/beer included. We will be there every time the 49ers are playing
