When entering the shop you automatically have a sense of calm and serenity. Moira's presence is soothing and balanced. She is unlike other hairdressers that chat your ear off and half heartedly pay attention to you hair. She takes her time and discusses with you what you would like and offers opinions when asked. I got so many compliments on my haircut I was astounded. I have very straight and fine hair but every time my friend with curly hair gets her haircut by Moira, you can't take your eyes off her hair. Not even an understatement on that! Most impressive thing, she calls you a week after your haircut to make sure you are satisfied. Who does that?! A real professional. She is eco friendly and local friendly. She has a selection of local and Eco friendly products and items. She also does not push any products on you. No pressure at all but is happy to help find the right product for you when asked. You can even make your our shampoo or perfume with essential oils. I love mine a mix of lavender and ylang yang(?).
