Infinity salon is the best. I was lucky enough to have Karin cut my hair 13 years ago and I have been with her ever since.I have very fine hair, so any mistake is very apparent. In 13 years I have never had that happen with Karin. The salon its self is beautiful and always clean. All of the other stylists are very friendly and welcoming. read more

I went there for the first time for a hair cut with Jill (owner.) I went back for a highlight and brought my adult daughter for a haircut. She was tipped quite well and I told her I would see her again soon. Unfortunately, I've call approximately 6 to 7 times to make an appointment both at the salon and on her cell phone. I tried to leave message on cell but it was full. I've left several messages on salon phone but have never received a return call. This is NO WAY to run a business. She has lost two good customers. Oh well.... Donna O. read more

I drive from Londonderry to Concord to get my hair done by Jill! Jill is very professional and so talented at what she does...I love what she does with my hair every time...she always knows exactly what I want! I have only met a couple of the other stylists but the ones I have met are very nice and I can tell their clients leave the salon just as happy as me! Will not go anywhere else! Love you Jill! read more

Just got my hair highlighted by Ashley! She is sweet as can be and I enjoyed our conversation through the process. My hair turned out perfect! I have recently moved to the area and was unsure where to go, but because of the reviews on yelp I thought I'd try it. The salon is very comfortable and stylish, and everyone was really nice. I will definitely be coming here from now on!!! :-) read more

Infinity Salon - Highlights by Ashley at the beauty lounge :-) - Hair Stylists Near Me - Concord, New Hampshire

Terrible experience. Watch out. Karen is a disaster. Showed up for hair and makeup for my wedding after confirming an appointment and the hairdresser/make-up artist was not on the grounds. Avoid at all costs. Find another salon at all costs. Infinity Salon should be embarrassed as the degree of service offered. Trust me and run in the other direction. read more

Carole gave me a great cut! Cut my bangs better then anyone has and gave me a great new style!

I've been a client at the beauty lounge since it opened. Staff is amazing, friendly, professional. I always feel great when I leave there. I have referred all my friends and family! My 11 year old daughter is always asking "mom when is my appointment at the beauty lounge". I am going to schedule an appt with Cassie very soon for a facial, I'll write another review for the spa! read more

I have seen both Carol and Nicole and they are both great. The last time I was there Carol spent some time with me talking about the color I had in mind and she got it exactly the way I wanted it! This is a great place and I always love coming here! read more

Carol is amazing and the shop is so cute. It's hard for me to find a stylist who gets me and listens. I want to look like I don't cut my hair and just wear it naturally. She does just that and she's a doll to chat with. Support this lovely local shop. Beauty lounge for the win. read more

My mum and I went in for haircuts and were not impressed. She got a pixie cut and I wanted something new and fun, I wasn't sure what. We both have wavy hair, which does make things more difficult for a hairstylist. I'm not sure who we got, but after having our new haircuts for a day or two (right when it was done, we were excited), we found that our haircuts were actually uneven and choppy. I asked for mine to be layered and cut only so it still reaches my shoulders, but it's closer to my jaw than my shoulders and it's not layered, only trimmed to that length. My mum's hairstyle only works if she uses hairspray or something of that nature, which she's never done before and is really unhappy about doing. And the back of her head has this line in her hair, like it was layered in a straight line, and it's not even horizontal. It's just diagonal across the side of the back of her head. Nothing is even and we're definitely not going back. I expected better results since for our haircuts we paid a little over $70. We chose this place because of the high reviews and thought it would be really busy, considering no one every answered the phone when I called to make an appointment three times prior. But when I got there, we were just about the only ones there. Two other customers were there and one left shortly after. And we went on a Saturday. It just seems odd to me. But my rating is solely on the haircuts. Nope, not going back. read more

I hired the Beauty Lounge for my bridal hair and makeup (and to do my bridesmaids' hair). I'm so glad I did. I'll say at the outset that when I took a closer look at their Yelp reviews soon after hiring them, I was a little freaked out to find that some of the reviews were by people affiliated with the salon. But my fears were totally allayed when I worked with Jill, who did my hair, and Cassie, who did my makeup (and mani-pedi the day before the wedding). I had my trial run about a month before the wedding, and they were both a pleasure to work with. The day of the wedding, I voiced some concerns to Jill that my hair at the trial wasn't exactly what I wanted, and showed her a new photo, and my hair ended up looking BEAUTIFUL -- she did a fantastic job, and I couldn't have been happier. I know my bridesmaids were also really pleased with how their hair turned out. Cassie is an excellent makeup artist who really got into talking about different directions we could take with styles and colors, and I was so completely thrilled with how I looked for my wedding day. I got many compliments on the lipstick she used. They were responsive and professional throughout the entire process, and I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone. read more

Great salon steps from downtown Concord. Nicole gave me such a cute, updated cut. I'm new to the area and chose the salon from Yelp reviews so I wanted to add my comments since it was so positive. Highly recommended and from what I saw, the other stylists were awesome. read more

I've gotten my hair cut here twice and both times were great experiences. I love that they're open a little later so I can go after work and the whole place just has a great vibe. Highly recommend it! read more

I cannot thank Karin enough for the wonderful color "rescue" she performed on my daughter's hair. It went from a botched job at another salon to beautiful. read more

My daughter needed eyebrow waxes last minute. We called on a Saturday morning and they were able to accomodate us. The inside of this salon is very cool and very comfortable. All staff were very friendly and we were very pleased with our services. Will definitely go back. read more

I ALWAYS go to the beauty lounge for a hot new look and a complimentary self esteem boost! I have always been comfortable walking in and love that my awesome hairstylist will give me all the time I need and listen to the type of cut/color I want. Then she gives me her professional opinion, which I trust and respect and it makes all the difference in the world! I wish i could post a picture of my recent haircolor and highlights, she is truly gifted with the talent to mix complimentary colors to bring out your personality, cover your greys and make you feel ten years younger. I have always left with a huge smile on my face and am amazed I make it home without getting into a car accident because I can't stop looking at myself in the rear view mirror! I recommend the owner to everyone from my ultra conservative mom to my funkiest friend. She is so warm and genuinely caring and it shows. The salon is huge and feels like your in a trendy, New York lounge but without the outrageous cost. Her prices are ultra reasonable and she even offers a discount if you refer a friend! I love it there! She makes you feel like you've known her forever in the first five minutes and will make you very happy, I promise. Christie B, Pembroke, NH read more
