The instructors were amazing, supportive, helpful and offer a LOT of individual hands-on instruction. I found myself going twice a week.
However, they also go at a very good pace so even friends who were more experiences felt that it was a solid challenge.

You will definitely be hungry after-wards and fortunately, Flatbread Pizza and their Mopsy (kula pork and goat cheese from the island's dairy) is on your way home through Paia.
