We coordinated by text, as she usually only has a group session if there are at least 2-3 participants. (My group session as a visitor was $20 for an hour). We met at a secluded beach in Waimea and only had to bring beach towels. She gave us useful tips on how to yoga without getting sand all over. The class was suitable for any level, as it was a gentle, flow style yoga. The point is to be in sync with the ocean, learn some Hawaiian, and just feel your toes in the sand. Mahalo, Candy!

She created a calming, safe and positive space to practice yoga and was helpful with adaptations and explaining reasoning for various poses.
