There is a great selection of fiber, yarn, wool and lots of projects on display for inspiration. The shop owner is very helpful and knowledgeable about everything she sells. The shop has a real collaborative studio feel to it, very inviting with several comfy places to sit and create. Did I mention they offer classes on occasion. Our instructor was a very skilled felting artist and the class was great fun. We even enjoyed a lovely lunch prepared in the shop for us during our class. The store staff was helpful, informed, and they ask good questions about what you are knitting and what you could need. From beginner to advanced, Momo's gives you access to yarn and knitting supplies, and if you go with a friend the experience can be even better. I took my son on Mother's Day weekend and not only did I find what I was looking for, they involved both of us in the process so that we took away from the store more than just yarn, we took from it a great memory. Nothing is better than that, and you can't get that delivered in a box by UPS.

And the store has the national/international brands you would expect to find in a well-stocked store such as Malabrigo and Cascade. As a knitter living in Texas I also looked at their cones of cotton, a yarn intended for the weaving buyer. But I wasn't in a cotton-buying kind of mood. CAVEAT: Parking is an issue. The street parking in front of the store is heavily patrolled by City Meter Readers. The meter took coins from me but didn't give me time on the meter for the money. It suggested that I turn a handle that didn't exist. Then I tried to make the City parking app work. Apparently I'm just not that App-Literate. I stood by my car while the store wound up my purchases. I ducked back into the store to grab my new yarns. Now to the yarns where alpaca, wool, and Angora rabbit. During the Miami County Farm Tour a rabbit was in the store for children to pet and learn about. Weekly craft groups and classes with a meeting area and sofas. The meeting area and kitchen are also for rent. If someone wanted to hold a cooking class this would be a good place for it. So refreshing to interact with the friendly staff! They appreciate visitors stopping in and offer help finding what you're seeking but they do not pressure their customers. The store is just gorgeous, warm and welcoming. Each time I visit it's grown bigger and more beautiful!

There was a lot of staff available and I wasn't sure if we were supposed to go to them if they came to us like I said, just not a lot of instructions. They have a lot of options to choose from however, if I'm being super honest, the pieces are super expensive and I know it's including all the paint you use and the firing of the pottery but the prices are just pretty high however we did have a really fun time. The pieces were picked up. I think within a week and turned out really good.
