Just came back and didn't see much difference other than the closed down basketball are which I'm fine with maybe there will be less lockers break ins. They added a new functional fitness area there. The restrooms are all screwed up the doors either are to close to the wall to close fully or they are to far from the wall to close so the doors never secure. The tile looks the same as before dirty. The lockers look better they have been fixed and updated. Most of not all the machines look in working order.hacent seen sauna before it was really nasty and dirty thet posted that it was suppose to get renewed with new wood hopefully they upgraded it. As usual the floors are dirty with hairball no one ever gear cleaning. LA FITNESS yall want to jack up prices? For what exactly? All staff from the front desk, trainers, and cleaning crew are friendly and helpful. I took advantage of the free training session with Gigi Walls. Together we worked on a sustainable plan. I was never badgered to buy any supplements or further training. However, I enjoyed our session and booked some more. I'm down 22lbs and feel fantastic. I weight train and take the Alpha class(Vic is great). Gigi is encouraging and really listened to my concerns and goals. My husband does training with Manuel and has seen similar improvements. The pools and locker rooms are very clean. Dry sauna, chill pool, and hot tubs are available at this location. So sorry we waited so long to join.

The equipment is outdated and clearly hasn't been maintained in years. The staff are just as disappointing. Instead of doing their jobs, they stand around talking to each other, completely ignoring the condition of the gym and the people paying to be there. There's zero accountability and no sense of professionalism. What makes it worse is how much this place has declined. It used to be open 24 hours and had a kid center--both gone. Those were the only things that made it worth dealing with, and now they've stripped those away without improving anything else. At this point, the only thing keeping this place afloat is the Zumba class, I don't know how they were able to get this talent, but he makes it bearable. And he has to work with faulty equipment, so OUTDATED and the stop working in the middle of a song. Everything else feels like it's falling apart. Management should seriously consider shutting this place down and starting over, because right now it's embarrassing. Denton location puts this place to shame.

In the past I have tried to secure a spot at the Flower Mound CAC, but signing up on their website is akin to buying concert tickets. As soon as registration opens you have about a nanosecond to hit the button or you're out of luck. It doesn't help that the pool of lifeguards (pun intended!) keeps shrinking every year resulting in fewer classes. Just as I was ready to give up my search and throw in the towel (pun intended again!) I discovered Lakeside Aquatic Club. Their classes are held year round at the LISD natatorium/Westside Aquatic Center. It's an indoor facility so parents can watch comfortably out of the unforgiving Texas weather. Also, the cost is comparable to the CAC, which is far less than what the local swim schools charge. Students are divided into small groups according to their skill level so they get lots of individual attention. The instructors are experienced and have so much patience with the kids. I also appreciate how quick and concise the communication is. Any time your child advances to the next level by acquiring new skills they will notify you by email the same day. Not only did my son learn a great deal over the summer, he enjoyed every minute of it. I will be happy to enroll him in future classes here, especially without the stress of having to spam the button to be the first in line!

His coach Coach Chrissy is incredible. She's both tough and understanding, and just gets through to these kids. His former coaches Coach Tony and Coach Leslie have all been great as well. We have such supportive families and the kids learn from that! My son swam both club and summer league when we lived up north and neither program compared to what you get from LAC. While the competition can be tough, it's very positive and there is such a great comradely among the kids. In fact, my younger daughter (7) that grew up at pool and said she would never be on a swim team, signed up with LAC in October. She went through the Red and Black teams with Coach Sam. He is perfect for the littles!! She's now in the Bronze group with Coach Leslie and it's so awesome to see her move through the team so quickly with such strong technique. This team is huge but it's an amazing family! As our third swim team experience it knocks the socks off all the others. Thanks LAC for having a great team and great coaches!

They were towing people parked on the grass of their property, but when there's no where else to go, what were they supposed to do? I parked almost a mile away and had to walk, and I got one of the last street spots. It was absurd. Additionally, their courts are NOT good for tourneys. We had to stop and reset plays 8 different times today because balls from other courts kept landing in ours. The bathrooms smell terrible and are not clean. Terrible facility and terrible tourney planning. I would never sign my kid up for their program based on their tournament.
