I found a stunning pair of earrings by Ellis Crawford and proudly wore them. On the flight home, as I unloaded my backpack, one of the earrings fell off. I desperately tried to find it. I waited until everyone was gone and got on on my hands and knees, searching with my phone's flashlight. No luck....I called the Zinnia store and asked if I could buy another pair of earrings, and they said YES! Heather and Sarah were so kind and provided excellent customer service.
