The hosts working the night we visited (3/13/26) definitely need to be retrained. They took our name for the wait list, when I asked how long the wait would be he replied he "wasn't allowed to give wait times". When we were finally called, the girl that walked us back to our table didn't speak to us at all, took the extra silverware off our table and walked away. Then as we were leaving they pretended to be too busy looking at their iPad to say anything to us even though there was no one in the lobby. Very rude and pretty bad for the people who are the first and last impression of the restaurant. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone just based off of that. Great dining environment! Phenomenal whiskey selection! Live music EVERY night! This is a great combo. Indoor seating in large open room. This provides great visibility and accoustics to the night's live local talent. The musicians on stage, when we dined, was undiscovered talent ...relay good. Whiskey selection is too notch. I went here for an interview on 07/29 at approximately 1:47 (was scheduled at 2pm). I waited until 2:32pm before I left because the manager Season didn't arrive. After I ate my food, I felt terrible, it wasn't bad tasting, I just think the oils that restaurants use to deep fry food is what did it. I never eat oil that is not mct oil, so my body instantly knew something bad was in it, I wish for everybody's sake that restaurants will start cooking with mct oil, instead of the oils that are killing us, I should have known better, I do know better, but I did it anyway, lesson learned. read more

Not the best of all but still not bad in our opinion. However, the beer menu is limited and not the best. Ambiance: This is the key part here. A loud southern band plays here and a large arena is reserved for dancing. You can imagine it goes very loud so not recommended for people who prefer a quiet place Price: It is above average for drinks and food. However, you can easily find cheaper and more expensive options in the same neighborhood. Service: Food was delivered quickly and the server was welcoming too. We went in on a Thursday and sat at the bar. Our bartender was very friendly and welcoming. We started with a margarita and a mojito. Our drinks were made nicely balanced and very refreshing. We had queso and chips yo start. The queso lacked any seasoning or spices and tasted like plain, melted cheese. The chips were fresh but had too much salt. I had the steak sandwich and fries. The steak was cooked nicely but lacked some salt. The bun came to me with the bottom bun soggy so I just ate the steak. My dining partner said his burger was cooked properly but lacked some salt on the patty. They are very generous with the amount of fries they give you but they too lacked salt. It's hard for me to write a non favorable review because I enjoy going to restaurants and trying new places. The ambience was fine and seeing that they had an outside patio along with being able to view the entertainment from inside or outside was very nice. We were there early Friday evening or late Friday afternoon, roughly at 4 o'clock and sat in the bar. Our server was extremely sweet. But sometimes that's the problem. s She needs to learn about being a server checking on tables as we had to repeatedly flag someone down to request her. She took our order and it was served exactly as we placed it and quickly but not served by her. I was not impressed with the menu but to your credit, the two people I was with, had your pizza and chicken tenders and both loved them. I am not a meat eater so that could be half the issue with the menu for my personal quirks ; so I want to be truthful about that. I did have the tomato soup, but it was served lukewarm at best and I never saw our server again to tell her I did not want it. No one ever cleared our dishes after being served so no one even asked me why it was not touched. I paid for it and that was the end of it. We may have stayed for an extra drink, but we couldn't flag her down to order one . There's a little area at the corner of the bar where all the staff seem to congregate and I walked up there for a bill and to go boxes. I will definitely go with my husband and give it another shot as I never feel it's fair to try something once and walk away. But these were my takeaways from my Friday night. read more

In the last two weeks we have visited The Stillery three times while visiting the area. Once for an early dinner, once for a Sunday brunch, and once for a lunch. All three times the food was good and the service was excellent. All three times they had a performer playing country music. My only minor complaint is that most of the tables are high tops, which my wife is not fond about. We have had their pretzel appetizer, my wife has had two of their salads, I had their All American burger, and we had two of their pizza "pies" served on a half cookie sheet. The Stillery is famous in Nashville for Nashville music, drinks, and bar type food. The Stillery recently opened in North Phoenix. It is great place for seeing GOOD live Nashville music and to enjoy some drinks. I wasn't expecting fancy food but almost everything we tried needed something. The sriracha devil eggs were the best of the bunch. Tasty but none of the chives made it to any of the eggs. I had the hot chicken sandwich. My waitress was great and warned me that it wasn't actually hot. She told me that they only make it two ways...regular (not hot) and hot-hot so I asked for hot-hot. My first two bits didn't have any heat at all....Then my husband pointed out that the side of the sandwich facing him had sauce on it. That side tasted completely different and tasted like a medium-hot chicken sandwich. The roll was nicely toasted and tasted very good soaking up the sauce from the sandwich. I would have given four stars if the chicken was hot and juicy but in my sandwich it was on the dry side and just warm. The salad was fresh and a nice size but I thought the dressing could use a little zip. The chicken in my husband's Mac and cheese was in worst shape. It was like eating off of a buffet. That chicken must have been pre-cooked because it was even more dried out and even less warm...almost cold. We both felt different about the Mac and cheese because it is very unique. When I tasted it I thought it tasted similar to cheese mixed with cream cheese. It was very creamy and rich. My husband HATES cream cheese so it wasn't good to him. So some people will like it and other people won't. I thought our waitress was pleasant, knowledgeable and well trained. It's nice to have very good Nashville singers in the area. I plan to give this place another try sometime. Hopefully we will pick dishes that we like better. Parking might be far and difficult. It seems that they don't have enough parking spots to accommodate all the business here. Three stars is a positive review on Yelp and translates to A-OK.
