I get it, good tips from obnoxious drunks. Still, security from repeat business must be considered in the equation. I love the fact that OTV is not the typical bar. I would like it to remain classy.

They offer a small amount of gaming, including blackjack and bingo. The nicest part of the bar by a mile was the bathroom. Very clean, and surprisingly elegant compared to the rest of the bar. They have the standard sports bar stuff too (pool tables, dart boards, lots of TVs, including mini TVs at some of the booths). All in all, one of the best experiences I have had around here.
