It really wouldn't have taken long. She then took the pool balls and put them away before we could finish the game. I understand businesses have closing procedures, but the situation could have been handled much more professionally and respectfully. The interaction felt unnecessarily rude and left a bad impression. Mind yall, we had 10 minutes. They close at 2. Will not be coming back. Do better.

At some point, the establishment needs to hold the customers to their standards and patron expectations, to entice the rest of the attendees to be repeat customers. I get it, good tips from obnoxious drunks. Still, security from repeat business must be considered in the equation. I love the fact that OTV is not the typical bar. I would like it to remain classy.
