When first trying to obtain a quote, Darren offered a phenomenal deal and replied in good time. I had a personal family project, so I had to make sure we were financial able too. Once the green light was given financially, I contacted Darren again. He did not reply for weeks. When he did, he apologized and said my emails went into spam. EVEN though I left a voice message with my info. When he contacted me back, I had questions on process since my project was not a typical short business document. Responses were good until I forwarded the full document for him to properly estimate the cost, per his request. I never heard from him again even after emailing and calling. I was eager to use his service because of the cost, but with this lack of professionalism after given my full personal translating project is un-nerving. I am now using another translation service that is significantly higher in cost, BUT at least responds and provided me a process outline.

You think they would have apologized and refunded my money, but obviously this company does not care about the customer.

Funny enough I am from Poland and I can translate my own documents on my own but it is required for me to provide certified copy and this is only reason I am looking for translator. With this kind of attitude I doubt this business can even survive in Poland. There are other good translators who will be happy to answer your questions without insulting you. You have to have really twisted perception about how to run your business in US to reply to simple question from your potential client like that. Eureka! this is America not Poland remember hello!!! Keep your attitude in check next time

Communication is probably one of the biggest things that stands out. Whenever I have a question or need an update on a serve, someone gets back to me quickly and actually knows what is going on with the case They have also been very helpful with more difficult serves and hard to locate individuals. Their team seems to have a lot of experience and knows how to handle different situations without making things more complicated than they need to be. I also appreciate how organized they are with documentation and updates after a service is completed The turnaround times have been great, and I feel confident knowing that important legal documents are being handled properly. Everyone I have interacted with has been friendly, professional, and easy to work with I would definitely recommend this company to attorneys, law firms, businesses, or anyone who needs dependable process serving and related legal support. They have made the entire process much easier than I expected

I run a law firm. If you want clear and organized service as to a process service agency, I have…read moreto say look elsewhere. There are multiple arms as to this agency that you have to deal with just to get a document served, as to the actual process server, the "intake" person taking the requests, and separate billing department. The service is also not on par; when they tried to serve a simple 5-day notice to multiple tenants at a unit, they did not serve a party I listed because their process server blindly took the word of the tenant that such separate co-tenant was deceased (rather than, at the time of the representation, confirming with me whether I wanted them to trust the assertion of the tenant). Their accounting, in particularly, is overly complicated. They use an internal payment platform that is extremely confusing. You also get billing long after the service is performed, which makes it difficult to pinpoint the cost for your client. I have been attempting to work with them to give them a chance, but even after I had to leave them and, in good-faith, am attempting to cover any outstanding balances, the invoices I am just receiving are still confusing. Overall very frustrating.
