I asked for "the works" because I'm over 50 and want to stay young... it's rare I am at a SPA, and since I was already there I gave them my skin concerns and let them recommend what I might need. I sat at the Ultra Violet light which allows them to see under my skin sort of, I might have that part wrong. Halfway through the service, I found myself thinking how I could manage to come back often even from 6 hrs. away, so I will just have to visit family again just to make this part of my visit. They even have a membership that you can apply for all their services, my face felt so clean and soft and new. I just had to bring 3 products back with me: their GA-10 Cleanser, the HA-Physical Tint SPF 44, and my all-time favorite the Strawberry Rhubarb Hyaluronic Hydrator which I use morning and night because it feels like I'm eating the pie itself, love, love, love this Mint Spa. The Spa is new and clean and so modern that you can't help to feel the good vibes. Finally, the Esthetician Jesse was so sweet to explain all the treatments as she worked on me. They can expect me back sooner than later! Aida

Beautiful Katie, let me count the ways!…read more I have been going to Katie Reeder for haircuts for a little over ten years now. I had seen her a few times back when she was in beauty school because she has been a long time friend of my sisters. My senior year my hair was horribly botched and while I had never much cared about my hair before, because hair grows back, I can honestly say that I was left a little mortified and pretty traumatized. My sister booked my an appointment with Katie who worked diligently to fix my hair the best she could and I have never looked back! She's been through many different experience with me- lots of indecision, fickle hair trims and coloring whims, complete lobs where I had her hand trim my hair down to a cut where she could have honestly probably used the longest setting on the hair trimmers and textured it out- but I preferred the hand scissors, me telling her to do what she felt like, last minute appointments and months and months between maintenance when it should have been mere weeks. She truly is a gem and her salon is beautiful. The staff is friendly and encouraging- when I get my hair done I feel like I have multiple compliments on color choices, style, or even my eyelashes from Sierra- book today. You won't be disappointed.

Scheduling with her was a simple process and I was able to get an appointment within the week. On appointment day, my wait time was reasonable. The front desk ladies were very friendly and nice. When I got into my room, Dr. Larsen asked if a few medical assistants in-training could stay to observe. Thankfully, I consented, because they were all so kind and helped me with my baby who'd tagged along. Dr. Larsen was extremely thorough in checking my skin. She also explained everything she was doing, made sure I was always comfortable, and perfectly balanced reassurance with education. I did have one mole removed. First, it was literally painless!!! I'm afraid of needles and kind of a wimp, so I was very thankful and impressed with her skill! Second, she knew I was a cash pay patient, so she made sure to discuss costs with me before doing anything, and helped me brainstorm the less expensive ways to do things. Payment at the end was easy, and the charges were very reasonable. I feel so blessed to have found this office and Dr. Larsen!

We went to Vivida in 2024. We experienced challenges in getting anyone to actually answer the phone…read morebut we had appts so we kept them for a visit in November of 2024. Due to the lack of service we switched dermatology practices in 2025, one that could actually answer the phone and return calls. In June of 2026, both myself and my husband received a bill showing 120 days past due from our service in 2024. Insurance paid their portion and we should not have had any other balance due. How does a business send a bill (first bill) showing 120 days past due when they chose not to bill is in 2024 or 2025? Of course, requests for a return call have not happened even though we have requested multiple times for a return call. Would not recommend.

The medication was quoted on the phone as $200 but I was charged $350 because I am "not a member". This difference was not disclosed when I called to get pricing. My consultation included really nothing very professional since I knew everything about the process. I was given a vile and syringes and went home. I realized I wasn't 100% sure of the dosage so I texted and was given that information. I followed their instructions to the letter and very quickly realized that the vile was absolutely not going to last 28 days so I made a follow-up appointment to chat about this. I was told by the PA that "we don't prescribe this very often so the nurses get confused as to what the dosage is". Seriously? Turns out I was instructed to take more than double what I should have, which is why I was running out prematurely. She offered me additional doses for $100, which I declined and requested I get what I have already paid for. What I ultimately agreed to do was a reduction in dosage and hope that what will get me through the end of the protocol. The PA basically drastically reduced my dose so as not to have to give me additional medication. Anyone prescribing a medication needs to fully understand everything about that medication so that the patient gets appropriate treatment. This facility does not provide that kind of professional care. They're probably great for a massage or other non-invasive treatments, but I would absolutely not trust them to dispense medication and accurate instructions.

I completed the full 3 series and waited the recommended time for results, but unfortunately, it did nothing for my neck and I expected it to do something noticable for my neck area, so in my opinion it was a complete waste of my $2,100+. I was told I only had slight to slight moderate laxity in my skin to begin with. The people there were nice and the place was also nice. I will give the Morpheus 8 a decline, because, in my opinion, I feel I was misled regarding the results I would acheive, and in my opinion, I feel my neck looks worse now than it did before the treatments. So I give Morpheus 8, for my situation a 1, and the spa a 3. That's why I gave the total score a 2.
