Unfortunately, the products used caused my cystic acne to flare up, which was disappointing after spending over a year working to calm my skin. While the experience itself was pleasant, I wouldn't recommend getting a facial here for those with very sensitive or acne-prone skin.

I got home and had to wash my face off to remove the scrub left on skin and heavy thick moisturizer. as soon as i put warm water on my face I felt a burning sensation. all over. the deems plane had left scrapes and red bumps all over my face. I had to get hydro cortisone to calm the burn and itching. I went to the Easton store to speak to a manager and none on site on Sunday and I was assured a manager would contact me. it is 15 days later and no contact from Boss Gal to even inquire if I am ok and how my skin is healing. I have been a customer for some time but I will never go back.

She apparently had time, so she tacked those couple minutes on to the end and I got as many minutes as I actually paid for - that's always super appreciated! It would be nice if the room was a little more soundproofed or located further back in the building away from the road; I could hear lunch hour traffic rushing by on the street about 20 yd away. But other than that, this was a great massage, and I've had plenty over the decades. A lot of therapists these days slop through the motions, but Karen really has a pinpoint, accurate understanding of the human body and I give her full props for 90 minutes of targeted, firm pressure body work. Me having slightly arthritic hands, I greatly appreciate her stamina! I left the appointment, amazed with an amount of flexibility in my neck and shoulders I haven't felt in probably 10 years.
