Unfortunately, the products used caused my cystic acne to flare up, which was disappointing after spending over a year working to calm my skin. While the experience itself was pleasant, I wouldn't recommend getting a facial here for those with very sensitive or acne-prone skin.

I got home and had to wash my face off to remove the scrub left on skin and heavy thick moisturizer. as soon as i put warm water on my face I felt a burning sensation. all over. the deems plane had left scrapes and red bumps all over my face. I had to get hydro cortisone to calm the burn and itching. I went to the Easton store to speak to a manager and none on site on Sunday and I was assured a manager would contact me. it is 15 days later and no contact from Boss Gal to even inquire if I am ok and how my skin is healing. I have been a customer for some time but I will never go back.

It would be nice if the room was a little more soundproofed or located further back in the building away from the road; I could hear lunch hour traffic rushing by on the street about 20 yd away. But other than that, this was a great massage, and I've had plenty over the decades. A lot of therapists these days slop through the motions, but Karen really has a pinpoint, accurate understanding of the human body and I give her full props for 90 minutes of targeted, firm pressure body work. Me having slightly arthritic hands, I greatly appreciate her stamina! I left the appointment, amazed with an amount of flexibility in my neck and shoulders I haven't felt in probably 10 years. After it hit 20 minutes after the appointment time, and two women had come into the room but didn't address me, I walked up to the counter and stated I was busy and couldn't wait any longer. The front desk apologized but then laughed as I walked out even though I was kind and said thank you anyway. The young lady (I believe her name is Leah) who I believe is a receptionist or something has one of the worst attitudes I've ever witness from an employee, especially at a business that claims to give guests a "premium" experience at a premium price! This young lady was not only rude to me, but extremely dismissive. She cared more about getting me out of the way than my guest experience so she could go back to gossiping with the others.
