I was the only customer in the store yet no one acknowledged me except for this one girl who said good morning after I walked passed her. I didn't want to be stush so I said it back making sure to flash my signature smile. As I walk towards the back of the store to the wigs and ponytail area I encounter four older employees conversing about their day. No one acknowledges me but I feel one of them staring me down as I walked further away. Not sure how they have a job here, but it took about ten minutes for one of them to come my way. I guess she realized she should've asked if I needed help because she couldn't find me and tried to creep up to see what I was doing. Attitude in tow she asked if I needed help. Without missing a beat I cocked my head to the side giving her a taste of her medicine and said, "well yeah". She proceeds to help me, but not because she wanted to.

We'd heard the rumor that they were coming​ and that they'd "poached" many staff members from other supply stores in the area, but that was just a rumor at the time. When I spotted this bright new beauty Supply​, I was like "waaaaaay, another one for real?" But there's that Supply (no pun) and demand right? BSW Beauty like Feels Beauty is one of a branch of many BSWs. It's big enough and new so yes clean. I passed a few members of staff as I entered and said hi. No one answered. Only when I was to the middle of the store did I finally exchange pleasantries with a staff member, a Korean man. As I was leaving and the security who I hadn't noticed before saw me taking pictures, he gave me the stores' booklet with all the information on products/hair etc they carry. He was also rather charming. Prices are not as low as I expected for the Ave. The ladies in the hair department need to loosen up a bit. The-One-That-Was-Brushing-The-Strands-Out-Of-Those-Wigs-So-She-Can-Choose-To-Ignore-Me-As-She's-So-Super-Busy-And-Failed-To-Even-Acknowledge-Any-Of-My-Three-Questions need to go to charm school.
