I had to pay $30 for shipping (so now I've paid twice for shipping). The item was received in good order I was told and here's what was refunded to me: Total purchase amount $94.91 CAD Amount refunded $66.66 CAD Best Buy took no responsibility or intervened in any way. Yet, all the communication was on Best Buy digital letterhead and signed "Best Buy". I'm so disenchanted.

I returned to Mobile Klinik. He recognized the problem as a dirty charging port. He cleaned the port at no charge.... wow ..now that's great service. Yes...i definitely will recommend them to friends
