He found a case that he liked and was almost ready to buy it, until I pulled out my tablet to see what they had in stock for me as well. (!!) I hadn't been planning on doing this, but it makes sense.... these things are so easy to break! Not that they fit in a back pocket so you can sit on them or anything, like my phone... However, better safe than sorry. They're so expensive to fix or replace! Lucky for us - they had two identical cases that fit each of our tablets, and the cases were even on sale! As for the service, the clerk was really helpful, allowing us to open the boxes to see how the case fits and works. I like that we can sit our tablets up - horizontally or vertically - to read or watch a show, or whatever we like. Convenient and handy. It was also neat getting the receipt sent to my email, although it didn't really save paper - coz we got a paper receipt as well. Oh well! This was a good experience. We had been looking for one of those cell phone stores that sells cases. This was another alternative. Shop around; you may save money.

Once realizing the model number of the TV, Colbornes offered an extensive common problem history on this particular make and model and immediately was able to quote a repair price and expert advice on the further longevity of this particular make and model following this particular repair. When I called, I was told my file had been closed even though NOTHING was actually fixed. They promised to call me back again... another week went by, still nothing. I called yet again, and now they claim they "don't see anything" in their system. This company clearly doesn't care about its customers or the quality of its products. I've wasted weeks chasing them just to be ignored. The couch is junk, the service is a joke, and I'll never buy from them again. Save yourself the headache and spend your money somewhere else!

Because it was not 1 year old it goes through the manufacturing warranty and they have no parts!! Over 3 weeks with out a refrigerator and timing on the parts. The Brick will not even try to help up get the repair quicker or exchange the refrigerator. Needles to say we had no choice but buy another refrigerator but from LEON's this time.
