(See photo) He couldn't fix What he'd done. At first, he agreed to reimburse me, but then said he wouldn't give me anything back. I had to pay someone else to clean up his mess, and then to do the work I'd hired Mehul to do in the first place. As soon as I said to Mehul that I wanted my money back, he got nasty and began telling "untruths" about what had occurred. A huge waste of my time and money. Would not recommend.

Turns out it wasn't the jack insert that was the problem, but the charge cable itself. They ordered a new cable for me and i had my netbook back in working order in a shorter time then i had originally anticipated. The cable was extremely affordable and works great.
